I am extremely happy that I have used Start New Financial to help with my debt settlements. The staff have been so accommodating and updated me on the progress of my account. I was pleasantly surprised when they settled my large Discover Account. Thank you, New Start Financial. I sure will recommend your service to anyone who is in a similar situation.

his is a terrific company. It's hard to tell at first because the whole business of credit repair is so disagreeable. Anyway, I've been just delighted by StartNew; by how those folks have worked on my behalf; and by their reassuring presence & service in this difficult matter.Start New Financial

I spoke to a guy name Jonathyn and wanted some information on how the program worked. Once I did some research I was no longer interested in the program and when I told him that he told me I was swallow because I didn’t like what I read about the company and they lie to you when they tell you the don’t do a credit check. I told him my credit report is locked and I would not unlock it because my medical bills are not on my credit report and I have no problem paying my credit cards and I don’t want them closed out. If a company will call a potential client swallow and then hanging up on them how will they act when you are a customer. I am so happy I did some research and did not go with this company. i WAS VERY NERVOUS I was very nervous when I first contacted Start New. But everyone that I have spoken with since day one has been wonderful. En los primeros meses de este ao, tome la decision de consolidation algunad de mis deudas y seleccione a Start new financial como la compaa para consolidation, ellos estan haciendo un Gan trabajo y ya hicieron un arteglo con una de mis tarjetas de Credit one y continuance trabajando con mi otra deuda, mensualmente ellos me llaman para darne detailed del avance de mi caso.Estoy muy satisfecha con su trabajo y se los recomiendo a todos.Es la mejor compaa.Start New Financial

If we could rate them less than a 1 star, we would! This company is HORRIBLE! If you need financial assistance, DO NO USE START NEW FINANCIAL. First, you will be suckered into a program by a salesperson who is contracted by Start New, not an employee of the company. They are all nice and bend over backwards to please you until all paperwork is signed, then you will be told to contact customer service when problems start to arise, which won't be long after you start the program. The method they use to even help settle your debt is crazy! The only person that will suffer from their actions is......YOU!! They promise to save you all kinds of money by helping you settle, but what they don't tell you is they allow the accounts to run up all kinds of fee/penalties, and then settle the account for what was the original amount, give or take a few dollars, which you can settle on your own. They also promise you a panel of attorney's to always have your back, should the need arise. Those attorney's NEVER show up for court. They leave that on you, which AGAIN you can do without them. Oh, and if you are served with garnishment or judgement papers, hang it up, because you will be told that you will have to pay that debt outside of the program. You also will NEVER have enough money in your escrow account to negotiate with debtors due to all the fees you will be paying outside of the program. If you are reading reviews to try and determine if this company is the right decision for your situation, do yourself a favor and run the other way! You would be better off paying everything as you can before diving off into the pool with these people.Start New Financial
