      On October 2nd 2022, I bought a chicken that has mijer brand and found that it had black meat and very bad smell while cleaning it at home. I called the customer service at the same day and they told me that they will file a ticket to store manager and I have to see the store customer service to resolve this and get a refund. When I went to store customer service , they were very rude and kept telling me that the customer service number I called is a different customer service and didn't resolve my issue.

      My order placed on October 8th on 2022. My order number is . My total was on webpag place order in was ***** . The shipper slide the card in the store . *********** declined the amount for *****. There was only available on my *********** card *****. The meijer.com took **** out of me the same day when I could get my order at my door. I talk to *********** they said they are refund me the ****. I tryed to solve this problem with meijers customer service number I have here . Every # I would **** on the phone tell me to e-mail the company instead of getting a live person on the phone. I did that and now they are ***** my e-mail . I put the e-mail in on October 8th 2022 and haven't heard through the e-mail since and in the e-mail I gave them my phone number.

      If I could give you a lower review I would due to the fact that they didn't honor a sale and coupon that I purchased an item online with and try to up the price by $500 and told me to figure it out on my own and walked away

      Went shopping tonight, 9/2, and the cashier rang up my groceries incorrectly resulting in a full return and rescan at the customer service desk. ***** Recalled Food Items!!!! *****Three items I would have otherwise purchased were noted as 'recalled' when returned. The manager advised the products DO NOT ring up as recalled, they are only shown as such when RETURNED!!! Items were: strawberries, Meijer brand breakfast sausage links, and Tolhouse refrigerated cookie dough I would have otherwise brought these home and fed them to my family unknowingly!!! Meijer needs to pull all recalled food from their shelves! Who knows how many other unassuming customers have brought these and potentially other items home to their families!!

      On a night between Aug 4-2022 and Aug 8 2022 at the *********************** Meijer store in ******** I was lectured and ridiculed by a customer service employee and a store manager and discriminated agaisn't for having a mental disability and for being on food stamps by a manager named ***** who just happened to be in the area behind the counter of customer service.She overheard the transaction of my returning a jar of unopened mayo that I was returning and she rudely interjected how I was wasting the cost to the store by returning the the jar of mayo by stating that it now has to be thrown away and how she hates to see food go to waste. She suggested to me that I and those who have physical and mental disabilities who get food benefits get a job and get off food stamps as there are jobs available for people who have disabilities be it physical or mental. I did explain to her that I had been disabled since around **** before she said what she said. I spoke to my therapist about this a few days later for the entire session to explain my angish and very real mental pain that exacerbated my conditions to the point that I had to take a Klonopin (nerve/anxiety med) to calm me down as to what happened and how she ridiculed people with disabilities as to either hers or the stores philosophy/opinion concerning physical or mental and said these people need to get a job to get off food benefits. My therapist suggested I give them a pass due to Julies ignorance and cold heartedness of people with disabilites be in physical or mental. Even other Meijer employees commented to me a few days later that **** had no business saying what she did and should of not commented on that while representing Meijers and while on the clock/salary being paid for this absolutely unforgivable behavior.On 8-17-22 had a similar issue with a food I explaine I had a stroke and had memory issues as to asking her about store crdit card and when is it effective. she replied sir you should know by now.

      I shopped on 8-15-22 and at the checkout, there were so many price discrepancies. I finally had the girl stay with us for each item. There were buy 1 get 1 free which never rung up.The girl was an incredible help and never even questioned us. She just changed the prices. I went back today to talk to a manager. Management said computers were not updating. They apologized about the ordeal but had no solution.I caution each and every one of you to check your prices. They will rip you off!!

      Meijer gas station on Plainfield, don't go there the pumps never works and if they lock up it will keep you r debit card. The gas pump refused to work and kept my debit card now I have no way to make a late-night deposit that needs to be made!

      Horrible customer service and will rip you off. I went to my local Meijer today after not shopping there for awhile, now I remember why. I bought 2 items that were supposed to be buy one get one 40% off. They didnt ring up right at the self checkout and the worker said oh, and started to walk away, I said where are you going? She said I have to check it first before I fix it, then helped 3 other people while I just stood there. So I go to the customer service desk, and 25 minutes later they ask what I need. I said Id like to talk to the manager she says which manager?? What is it about? Then tells me its going to be awhile, so I just had them refund the whole order and will NEVER shop there again. A lot of their supposed deals DO NOT ring up correctly, and they are no help. They cash in on the fact that most people dont realize that they false advertise then make you wait an eternity to get help so hopefully you give up. No thanks Meijer!!!

      I purchased 4 boxes of cereal that the shelf tag and store add said were 2 for $7.00.I checked my **** after leaving the store and found I was charged $5.19 per box.I returned to the store and found a employee removing the sale price tags in the cereal isle at 7pm.This was well before the sale ended.I received a refund.When I questioned customer service about why someone would also change the price in the computer system before the end of the day I was told corporate does the price changes for this store.This very disturbing,is this standard practice for Meijer?I am still waiting,(days)for a call back from a store director after a complaint to the corporate office.

      I never had an issue with Meijers until now, on the 17, I purchased groceries from Instacart, and one of the items contained breakfast sausage, thats 9 months old! Needless to say, I didnt check the date, and I made two Patties, with eggs, and ended up not being a fan of the sausage, so I kept it in my freezer and decided to give it to my neighbor to see if she would like it instead. She was gonna give it to my other neighbors at first but decided to keep it, and got hungry and made herself a sandwich. The following morning she called me over, and said she gotten violently sick! Her blood pressure was 300, and shed been vomiting all night! Shes gotten better but shes still trying to get over it. I wanted to break down! This not only affected us mentally but it did emotionally and physically! And I want to *** for these damages! Their carelessness costed me all that! And they will pay!
