    Called East Beltline Towing to have my 2019 Audi A7 towed on March 30th due to a flat tire. Once the tire was replaced, several warning lights came on related to 2 sensors that were damaged by the towing service. Took to Audi to have repaired and was told that the towing service broke both sensors which are located by the control arms. I was also told that they see this regularly as tow operators do not inspect the cars and notice the sensors are in a space where tow operators might strap the car down to the flat bed. The cost was over $1000 to replace the sensors and calibrate. I did contact the tow service, but they are now not responding and not taking my calls. Email attached.
