Overall takeaway from my experience with this company: dishonest (either everyone or just a few employees), unethical, sneaky, exploiters. One of my employees was in a terrible wreck, this towing company was called to help. All my business supplies that are used to operate my business were in the vehicle, valuing 8k. Somehow the one box that had the majority of my valuable assets (approximately 5.5k in supplies) was not put back in the vehicle during clean up. This company gave the vehicle owners a hard time accessing their vehicle, lied about not putting everything back inside the vehicle. They failed to inform the drivers that more items were found but apparently they decided the items were garbage even though it was the only box that was NOT destroyed during the wreck. My assets were being held by either the whole company or one employee that thought he had an opportunity to steal and prey on victims of a serious accident. After almost 2 weeks and learning that they trashed my goods, I drove to them directly and was met at my car by an employee that somehow knew exactly what I was there for. And even though I provided no identification to him, and Im not an owner of the vehicle involved in that cras, he gladly handed over my box of items that he was attempting to steal. There is way more to this story that Im not going to waste typing up. The point is, always ask them what they trashed and question their honesty every step of the way. In the end, they are just another company seeking out how to take advantage of people and dont care about how everyone is struggling right now. My company lost thousands in lost sales pending pickup of these items. We had to cancel obligations. Our employees couldnt work. And I still had to replace 1k of damaged goods including the goods in the box that was withheld due to water damage since my items were stowed away outdoors during the rain.

Company picked up a car that slid off the road. Car was driven from the ditch by the owner and put along the side of the road before the tow truck arrived. Tow truck loaded up the car and towed to body shop 5 miles away. No clean up at all. Stated he was dropping of the car that night to the body shop. Charged us $820. Inquired on (2) other local tow shops and they quoted $500. Lenny & Squiggy's then had the body shop pay them the very next day before we even knew the estimated costs for fixing the vehicle (not knowing if we would even claim the accident on insurance). The cost of fixing the car was $700; the tow bill was $820. Included clean up fees and storage costs which were not relevant in this case.
