My partner was scheduled for an interview on April 25th at their main office. Unfortunately, his car broke down on his way there, so he called the company, and they rescheduled for a virtual interview over ********* Teams on April 29th. On the 29th, my partner waits in the online meeting room for 15 minutes before someone messages him that they will have to have the meeting tomorrow with no explanation. April 30th, he waits in the online meeting room for 15 minutes and no one contacts him. Thinking it was odd, my partner messaged his HR contact. The contact said they didn't know why no one showed up, but they would figure it out and reach out when they find ****** is now May 8th. Since then, my partner has reached out to the company and his contact, but no one responds. We believe this "ghosting" tactic is unprofessional and ask for an apology. On top of that, I want the company to give my partner a chance to demonstrate his capabilities either through an interview, a trial week, or an internship.

The issue occurred on May 10th 2023, ** had a factory recall on the backup battery that was connected to my solar panels. They sent a technician out to replace the recalled battery. The technician ended up disconnecting my SolarEdge inverter stating that it was not working, but I have electric bills showing my solar panels was working up to the time he disconnected the recalled battery. He called me and said that he could replace the inverter for free since it was under warranty. He came back 6 weeks later after me texting and calling the ** solution call center, he connected the inverter and left didn't tell me it was still not working. I texted him asking if my solar panels was back online 2 days after his visit, he said that I had to reach out to another installer, I asked why he never responded. So I did some troubleshooting with my SolarEdge app, and it stated that the new inverter needed the 4g cell kit and they referred me to sun service specialist. They came out on on 11/3/2023 I think and connected the 4g cell kit for the price of ****** for the service; told me the technician that was assigned the work order by ** to replace the recalled battery removed the ** that was used to connect the inverter to the backup battery. Without the ** my backup battery that I paid for does not work I have been emailing and calling ** customer service since, and I have not received a call from a supervisor in regards to my issue. *********** Specialist is trying to charge me another ******** to install another **, which I'm not going to pay for, since I didn't cause this issue.
