    I am not sure what has happened over the course of 6 months but it appears that their ****** reviews show what I have just experienced. Scheduled the service 2 months out and had my vehicle towed to their facility which cost me roughly $140. After no communication and me needing to call to get updates on what is going on, they did not touch the vehicle till the end of the third week at 4PM. Was then told I would get a full quote on the 4th week of the car being there on Monday as they ran out of time on Friday. No call Monday till I decide to call around noon. Then I get told that they havent had a chance to find one of the items in the many that needed done. I asked for a quote on the others but they never even had one written up. Came to a point where I just had to go a pick up my car and figure something else out. Terrible communication, owner is short over the phone, no organization, and if they are that backed up, you should be catching up in the weekend like most other shops do. Per their ****** reviews someone had the same experience as me. Not sure what I did to deserve such bad service as I was as respectful as possible and just asked for communication since I should not have to be the one reaching out. After everything is all said and done, it only took me 30 minutes to find all the parts I need to work on the vehicle myself when they couldnt find any time at all. Overall, will never refer anyone to this company again and cannot believe that they have been able to work like this for this long.
