    Received an oil change in September and slowly over a month we had leaking oil until finally the oil plug just fell off. Our entire engine seized leaving our family with out a car and the oil shop does not want to take responsibility for it. This has been catastrophic to our family and finances as we have two jobs and a child in preschool. We need action taken.

    Just had oil changed. Was shocked to find out the $29.99 on the sign is a lie. I ended up paying $111.28!! I am a senior, fixed income, that is ridiculous. Of course the work was completed before I got the total cost. If I had known what the cost would be BEFORE, I could have declined. I would like compensation for the lack of info before the service.I am trying to locate an email address for Pure Lube Centers #****. So far no luck
