    Claim was paid out to Cork Auto Repair by my warranty company, ****, claim no. ****** on December 20th, 2024. **** received communication via email on December 18th that repairs were either complete or in the process of being completed. I've been told by the owner that there has been a delay in shipping many times over the last month. We have not been able to make contact with anybody at the repair shop for over a week now and last we heard from them, the *** was on the truck to be delivered to them the next day and we would have our car back 1-2 days after. Our vehicle has many of our personal belongings and they have all of our keys that were on our keychain as well, prohibiting us from using our mailbox. (I had left the keys on as this was supposed to take a week for the claim to be accepted and repairs to be completed, at most). It has now been over a month waiting for our vehicle to be done and upon examination of the company's Yelp! reviews, I have growing concerns that my vehicle will not be returned to me. This is my familys' only vehicle and my fianc's job is at risk now due to missed work because we haven't had our vehicle. We cannot make contact with the company and have stopped by but it appears that nobody is there and nobody comes to the door when you knock.
