    The first red flag when I came home, they did not use a water barrier because it is on cement floor, so I trusted them, 3 months later the floor started popping up and they told me it was bc of the trim had to be moved up, so I moved it up and did not make a difference, then they said water is getting underneath but they didn't find any water under the floor, and they said it could be possibly the front door check it and no water, I told them I would put in new front door, i told them it will take couple of months to fix it, they said okay, I call them back couple months later and said they wouldn't fix it, that it was out of warranty the floor was a year old, they never answer there phone, they just keep pushing back so they can say it's not under warranty. They told me they would fix and went back on there word.
