      had a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience with call center ]. My account was suddenly closed, not due to any policy violation or financial issue, but because a specialist
      "didn't like my attitude" during a phone call. This is an incredibly unprofessional and personal reason to deny someone access to their own money and financial services. It’s ok for them to talk to me cause of they white but soon as you say something back they close my account and told me I was harassing them something back in Feb when I ask about my repayment how you doing I had a bad day today. I’m sorry, but the person who was filling in for me. He was just in and out matter about what was concerning me your voice message. I said well if I said anything what you say I told him about y’all have y’all left the DINNN is starting to just get rid of folk of that’s what I told the bank today because consumer credit union they close my account because I got smart wire you got smart with me and you close my account so I told them what’s up what you just say DEIDI but you can talk to me any kind of way, but I can’t say nothing back to you. Guess DEI

      Terrrible credit union. They don’t even have real tellers anymore. Just remote workers on a screen. Yet they charge ridiculous fees. Switching to ***** credit union this week. ************

      Worst bank that I've ever had. I have a business account here. I have over $3,000 in checks that have been cashed last Saturday and are not even pending is still shows. I have all that money available called customer service sat on hold for 15 minutes and was told that's normal. How can you run a bank and expect somebody to run a business out of your bank when you have no clue what your real available balance is? What a joke. Every bank I've ever had in my life. As soon as you cash a check within hours, it's definitely pending and it'll adjust your available balance accordingly. It's been 5 days today and it's still is not even pending in my account for either check. Definitely would not recommend this bank to anybody, especially if you run a business.

      Terrible customer service, signed me up for things I didn't want and I trusted the agent enough not to read everything I signed... Got into a scam of a credit union. $35 overdraft protection, but they continue to let charges go through and each one is $35... So $20 of charges on my end cost an additional $105... Customer service is useless because it's my fault for not reading the paper work through enough. Seriously never go here they are worse than any bank. This should be illegal
