    I visited the Grifols location today at **************************************************************************** at 6:30 A.M. to take advantage of the new donor promotional payment of $100 for the first four donations. I also called last month to confirm that I would be eligible to receive the new donor promotion & was told that yes, I would be able to receive the payouts. I last donated at a *************** donation center located at ************************************************************************** about 6-7 years ago, & I did not know that ******************************* are a part of the same company. I was told that I was already in the system, and although nurse ****** continued to process my intake, he failed to raise the issue & inform me that I would not be paid $100 for my visit. Later, during the physical exam, I informed him that I'd pre-scheduled my next visit for 1/24, and it was at that time that ****** tried to sneakily move past the fact that I wouldn't be paid the New Donor promotion until I raised the objection with him. He was unsure of how to proceed, so I requested a Manager, and spoke to a Filipino lady whose name escapes me. She was very difficult & refused to budge on paying me $100 for the first 4 donations, so I asked for her boss, which turned out to be Operations Manager *****. She too was very difficult, short with me, rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful, and ultimately refused to honor the promotional rate, saying that I'd be paid $75 for today's visit followed by standard rates of $40/$80 going forward. I asked ***** for her boss's name, & she refused three times, saying "he's out of state", as if that was some sort of deterrent. I asked ******** at the front desk for *****'s boss's name, and was given the name of ****, whom I would also like to speak to file complain directly about his staff's conduct. In conclusion, Grifols needs to honor the New Donor promotional rate for my first donations as it's been 6-7 years & because I was told I'd qualify for it prior to donating.

    There unsubsrice button doesnt work on emails and i keep getting emails and it is sooooooooo annoying !!!!Get them to STOP emailing me !!

    I haven't donated at grifols biomat on ***********. In ****** **** since July of this year. They replaced all the manual cuffs for blood pressure readings. I have an athletic heart rate and blood pressure ever since I was a kid. Every since they removed them, my readings are always too high to donate. I've been dealing with this close to 5 months now. I feel like I should be compensated for driving here twice a week and wasting gas, just to be turned away. And they refuse to use manual readers. Also when I got here today they left me waiting a very long time because my file was misplaced. I feel like biomat owes me for wasting my time.
