    ********** location is sooo slow, I wait 45 minutes just to get back to donate. They say theyre not hiring but are always understaffed. 3 people and I were in the waiting room for 30 minutes before anyone got screened. As more people came only one worker was screening and 2-3 were just standing around talking. Very frustrating.

    Utterly Ridiculous!!!! The worst of its kind. 1st time it took 5 hours to complete my donation. 3rd time the doors opened at 7:00am, but the medical staff didnt come in until. 8:00 so nothing started until their arrival. The screening staff has to stand up the entire day while patients sit. Unbelievable!!! The Company doesnt care about the staff and the staff doesnt care about the patients. Very very sad! Its gets a one star cause their open at all.
