    I've been donating for a few years and this employees are on point! I mean they are there to get their job done. So polite and aware of their surroundings, if a machines done they're there attending the situation. I want someone to please reward them for a great job well done. This is the ******** location. The names of them that attended to me were kylun,****** and ********* can't says enough great things about them!

    Love this place, staff is friendly and I love that you make an appointment and walk right in. ***** was nice enough to tell me about leaving a ****** review! She is the sweetest!

    horrible staff they tell me its okay for me to go thru and then when i get to the stick tables they turn me away for a ***** that less than 2" they stabbed me in the fingers with a needle just to **** me off and too tell me moments later i cant donate this was the second time and i wont be coming back here~ horrible horrible horrible place!

    This Biomat USA in *********** needs to be shut down ***** off they pick an choose business if you not black are know someone that works there you will be turned around because they going to build a reason that you can't complete the agreement so don't even bother just find another one. Don't go to Boimat *** in ***********!!!

    Do not waste your time going to this facility! First issue was they turned me away 4 times because my blood pressure was to high. Like ridiculously high. It has never been that high. I have checked it manually and with an automatic cuff as soon as they got their high readings and it was NOT high. I even went to my doctor and followed up on it and it was not high. It was actually 110/78 on my last visit. There is something wrong with their equipment and they should have a qualified RN on site to check it manually if there is a question. But they refused to do that. Then to top it off they accused me of being on drugs!!! That is something Ive NEVER done and have never had an interest in doing. As an RN you see the effect drugs have on people and it would cost you your license which is a risk Im not willing to take!!! As a nurse and personally I know the benefit of these donations and with the compensation I thought this was a great opportunity. I do think some of the reviews may be right in that they are prejudice against white people at this facility!!! It was if they were looking for a reason not to let me donate! I would not recommend this facility and would suggest ************** Services in Northport if you want to donate. Very nice professional center! This place is sketchy!!!

    Only 2nd time donating, absolute nightmare! First thing, female staff member upfront is very unfriendly and condessending. Didn't even tell me what my vitals were. Had me sit down because blood pressure was "too high". Then a different staff member called me back up and magically my vitals were good enough to donate!? Second thing, got back to donation center after getting through unfriendly barrier #1 staff were uninviting and seemed to argue amongst themselves about "who would take me". Finally get seated in donation chair after 5 minutes of silent bickering amongst staff that don't want to do their job. Got jabbed in my left arm after 10 min of feeling around my arm for 1 vein that would be EASY for a REAL flobatamist to find! Jab did not produce blood obviously! The staff proceeded to take turns wrigling a thick needle in and out of my arm back and forth to the point of producing tears from my eyes ( I have a VERY high pain tolerance). Only thing staff could say is "idk" and "this is weird" as if they aren't experienced AT ALL! They they proceed to take the needle out after failing miserably many times to find a vein. They then jab me in my right arm. Got the vein this time SHOCKER! The staff let the blood coagulate before releasing suction on the tube from the needle. The blood would'nt go back into my arm on the return cycle... wonder why? They then tell me after not trying very long to fix the issue " I guess you can't donate for 56 DAYS because we can't do anything about this". Gave me a gatorade and said they would give me my return date. Stood in the DC for 5 minutes waiting for a writen slip or SOMETHING! guy behind desk looks up and says "I guess come back the 28th of next month?" I hoofed it out of this hole of an establishment and didn't look back. I called Grifols to complain. Spoke with the manager. All ******* could seem to do was blame the problem on me and ask questions about what I could've done wrong. Claimed there was nothing they could do! SMH

    This happened over a year ago 11/2021 Grifols Biomat USA is a complete joke. I went there after leaving the emergency room. I left the er room early because to my embarrassment it was gas so the hospital would not give me a discharge for leaving early.. Grifols required i get the discharge paper. I went back to the hospital to see if i could get a discharge paper. Instead they give me all the medical records for that incident, which i thought was great. i then give to Grifols. They review it and now want me to take their form to my doctor and get it completed. My dr will tell you i can donate but Grifols medical staff changes the wording by x** out and hand writing on the form to accommodate them.I really understand why they did not want to take my plasma initially but with all the information I have provided to them with the my doctor's okay to donate like I said it's a joke this whole place is a joke
