    Do not stay here unless you want to be taken advantage of. I stayed at this hotel on November 9th. I checked in and dropped my stuff off and left for a ********** football game. I arrived back to the hotel around midnight and went to bed, had breakfast in the morning and then departed the hotel. It has now been 10 days since I visited the hotel and they have not refunded my 100 dollar deposit. Upon calling today they said I damaged the room, but could not tell me how (completely fabricated) and said they would only refund me 70 dollars. Why did I have to call at all to get the deposit back? Why wouldnt they just refund the 70 and then I would have called to ask why I wasnt refunded the whole amount. Please steer clear of these crooks. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company and opening a case with the BBB. Refund my whole deposit.

    Upon looking at the folio this guest was charged 30$ the same day as check out for damaged and missing linen and towelettes. He also was returned 70$ following the 30$ charge. All which took place the same day as check out. Therefore the 70$ was already returned by the time he made a phone call. It also takes 5 to 7 business days to see the changed reflect upon your account per banking policies that we have no control over.

    I am rejecting this response because: there were no missing towels or linen. The business is lying. I would never steal the ratty towels they provided at their filthy hotel. They claim to have a general manager named ******** ******* that would handle my complaint. I call everyday and ask to speak with her and they say that she canceled coming into work. My guess is this employee doesnt exist and its a front to steal from their guests. I spoke with a detective at the *************************** and they said they would look into this business to see if they were scamming the public.
