    I reserved a room for a week there 11/1/24 to 11/8/24 it was for personal reasons i was to have a clean place to stay for an out patient surgery so because I had stayed there once before for a few days and it was more of a studio apt feel so I chose extended stay my last stay wasn't the best but it was a place close to the hospital. I called ahead thought my Uber would be early ended up being a couple hours late so I was very tired had to buy a lot of things for my stay so I was late when I arrived it took a while for me to get a room but I didn't mind so when I got my key headed to my room when I got in I was shocked I had no bedding nor towels the room was dirty especially the bathroom the bathtub was filthy took me an hour to clean the floors had what I'm guessing was blood on the floors and roaches running everywhere but only in the bathroom, the fridge was nasty and the counter top was wet as well as the floors filled with hair and dirt it was disgusting, I called noone answered so I ended up taking a Uber to Walmart luckily I travel with some cleaning products because I couldn't afford everything I needed got back and the lady was back when I told her of my experience she claimed to be surprised herself waited for the maid until late never came finally I got my towels and linens an went to work cleaning my own room that night I woke to lady bugs crawling everywhere on the ceiling and in the bed i couldn't get them on the phone so i went downstairs found noone apparently they don't work after 7 or 8 I took a picture of the bugs on the wall and the roaches next day Sunday she knocked and I asked if she could come back in 5 to clean she shook her head NO i asked her to leave tissue she did that night a lady came by my room about extermination the whole hotel needed to leave for 10 hs I asked for my money back Ive emailed them and nothing I called they said they would get back in 48 hrs i have yet to hear anything i think everyone who experienced that week S sue
