    Quality Transmission That is a completely in-accurate name for this business. A more accurate name would be Shady Transmission Business. In exchange for $5,169.72. I was promised a new transmission and quality workmanship. I got neither one. After paying them the total of $5,169.72 my transmission lasted a total of five days. And my wife and I found ourselves on the side of the road with an in-operable transmission. I have the documentation to prove that it was 100% Transmission related. And nothing else. For whatever reason I had the car towed to their shop. Now they will not answer their phone, or return my messages. This is NOT how business is done! Not legitimate business anyway! That is exactly how shady, unethical and illegal businesses operate. At the time of this writing, I have left three messages. None of which have been returned. I tried giving my business to a family owned business. And this is what I got in return. I got an inoperable transmission, shotty work, and nothing but deflection when trying to contact the business. Im starting to wonder if they even changed the transmission at all. Or just got my old one to work for a little while so they could get the $5,169.72 from me. I am so thankful that there are laws in place, and recourse for consumers that are blatantly taken advantage of by businesses that operate like this. Dont let their demeanor fool you. This is a business that should be avoided at all cost. I would really hate to see someone else end up victimized like my wife and I have been.

    THE WORST PLACE TO GO!!!!I dropped my vehicle off to them on Aug. 22nd to have the transmission replaced/fixed. About 2 wks later when given the okay to start the job, they ended up keeping it until the second week into November to be worked on. When I called they had every reason they didn't have it done. I know ****** work takes time, but seriously? A few days after getting it back, they put a bad ****** in it and it was leaking all over our driveway. I took it back, as that's where the warranty was from, and again....they had it from the week before Thanksgiving up into Dec. 5th. I had to keep calling them to even get any info to my cars progress. Whenever I was told I would get a call back regarding the progresss, I never did. They closed early on many days without notice, only are open a few hrs a day 4 days a week. I did begin to get rude as I got tired of the run around. Then I was told the ****** that is in it now isn't under a warranty so when something happens, they won't fix it and I am not to come there, probably bc I didn't tolerate the bs I was being fed to deal with. I am sure they messed it up while working on it due to my constant calling.DO NOT come here unless you like to play games and jump through hoops to get any response from them. I think I only got a rise bc I threatened to report them to the BBB. Four months later and I will be lucky if it was fixed properly and not botched bc of my own inquries to my vehicles progress while with them.
