      Unless you have a very simple case with no children, child support or alimony, I would not recommend this site. Their support is non-existent and their questions and forms are really limited in what you can submit. If you need a different answer selected than they have an option for they cannot help you and if you waste time requesting support you'll probably end up past the first 30 days and then they won't refund you. I tried several times to get a response from support with some ignored and others just given a response that had nothing to do with my question. They would not call me or let me have a 2 way email conversation with them.

      Second question asked if both parties agree to sign divorce! I stated no! The questionnaire proceeded to ask all my personal info about me, my marriage... then asked for my credit card info! A few hours later, I received an email stating that BOTH PARTIES must sign! Upon reading email, I called to cancel services because my husband will consent to divorce! They informed me someone will receive my request & call me back! A few moments later, someone called me back, but to complete my application! Confused, I explained that I didn't qualify and is waiting on my refund! She kept trying to get me to complete the application interview and I kept explaining I didn't qualify and I need my $139 back! She acted as if she would get me help! I received message that since I was allowed into their system, they could ONLY REFUND $49! I hadn't done more than the initial public application online! BOTTOMLINE, upon finding out both parties would not sign, my application should have been STOPPED! Not only was my application not stopped, but the application was invasive, knowing I couldn't be helped, then they asked for my credit card info! All of this was within 8 hours from application to being told I could only receive $49 refunded! Now, November 22, they charged my card a monthly subscription fee of $39! I reached out to them about the charge when I never qualified for their services & canceled app! They refunded the $39 on December 16, then on December 22 (today) charged me $39 again! THEY ARE SCAMMERS! I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY $139 BACK AND NOW I HAVE TO CONTACT THEM AGAIN FOR ANOTHER $39 CHARGE! THEY CONTINUE STEALING MY MONEY KNOWING they cannot assist my divorce!!! Also, a few days ago, I inquired again about my refund of $139 and the person emailed that it's been over 30 days and it was too late for a refund! I questioned that statement for the "30 days" comment, then he replied back that he reviewed my case and they could only refund the $49! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!
