    I just went to your Taco Bell in ****************** on Saginaw Road, and I was treated ****** than I have ever been treated in my entire life not only did the worker catch an attitude with me because she asked me to repeat my order four times and then when I got to the window instead of letting me know what was going on, she open the door and said go around wait at the front door I said excuse me, maam she said we need you to move and go wait OK are used to work in fast food I understand not everything is readily available and somethings are made to order but not only was I treated poorly I got disrespected and then forgot about in the parking lot waited over 25 minutes for my order only to have the order completely wrong Im missing my cheese Im missing chipsb. My chipoltate burrito was hard as in they continue to keep it in the little pressed thing too long then I tried to call the customer service phone number that you have listed on the website and I managed to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau before anybody answered the phone I am still currently on hold and have been on hold for 36 minutes trying to get to a representative to discuss my experience and how poorly I was treated I understand that his economic times you gotta go with what you got and in this situation all companies are short on employees. Everybody is understaffed and its very hard but the staff you have working for you at Taco Bell in Mount ****** is pushing your customers away is belittling. Your customers is making your customers feel like an inconvenience for coming to your restaurant. I have never been disrespected as badly as I was and then to be on hold and not be able to get a hold of a single individual frustration is an understatement at this point I am angry I am disgusted not only a couple months ago did I go to Taco Bell because its my favorite fast food restaurant and receive a zip tie in my burrito now Im getting treated like s*** from another Taco Bell

    To whom it may concern,

    I intend to give the customer their desired settlement. I have reached out to her and am waiting on a call back. I am also going to investigate

    the situation further once i speak to the customer and find out what time frame this happened in. I was not here on the day in question but that is not how i 

    run my business. The kind of behavior expressed in the complaint is not tolerated and i will be getting to the bottom of it. My deepest apologies to

    the customer who was treated poorly at my establishment. I will do everything i can to make it right for them.
