    So metroPCS in *************************** eight has a sign in the window Monday through Saturday open 10 AM to 7 PM closed on Sundays yet yesterday I went there at 5 PM to pay my phone bill because they turn my phone off and the door is locked at 5 PM. I just called there today using my neighbors phone and it just rang and rang no answer, it's 1 o'clock where is everyone I mean, if you're gonna work at a phone store so people can I don't know purchase a new phone if need be or pay their phone bill so their phone doesn't get turned off maybe just maybe they shouldn't lock the doors or have a sign that says open when they're not open I like having a store 6 miles walking distance from the house if you have a business and you're gonna turn the phone off but you're not gonna be open when you're sign says open supervisor about it. I mentioned it to her three times my mom went up there with me maybe having an adult set of a disabled person talking the supervisor would I don't know listen but clearly you know April 5 was a while ago , and still not do their job. I went there on 5 April this year because my android phone went to a black screen. I can hear it people calling me, but I couldn't get into my phone. A woman was literally rude and told me she couldn't help me fix my phone. come back. I had to go five days without a phone and my ****** ************ ** ****** ** **** ** not having a phone makes it that much easier for him to get away with whatever he wants, clearly Metropcs Needs help because if you have a sign that says open 10 AM to 7pm & lunch break/mom and I have to pay my phone bill so you guys don't shut it off, but the door is locked, the last time I went up there at 11 in the morning. I got there at 11:30 and the door is locked open at 10. The door is locked. It's cold outside. It's like 40 outside. I'm wearing jogging shoes that are breathable they holes and it started to rain , soaking wet & Sick. W**
