    We made an appointment with the ace handyman company. They gave us a quote and a time frame of how long the job would take. They ending up rescheduling the appointment two times due to illness and then placed our appointment into the hands of another contractor. He came to our house at a different time than originally scheduled so no one was home for him to start the project. Once he was able to get started an hour later he told us that it was going to take longer than the desired time and that he also needed to get some materials to start. So he started 45 min late, was getting paid for that time due to business error and also was getting paid for the hour he was gone running arrange for materials. Had two hours left to finish a part of the job and when I got home nothing was completed. Nothing was done. So I cancelled any further appointments with the handyman services. When I told the manager about it they said the best they could do is refund 100$ out of 650 that we spent for no work to be done.

    I made a complaint about an issue with a business and it has been resolved since the complaint was made. I would like to drop the complaint.
