      I cancelled an account with this business due to them not telling me what was going on with my account. I needed my documents for the whole account from the time I opened the account till the time I closed it. I need these for proof of payments,bills, previous direct deposits and so on. I first called and someone told me they could not do this then I spoke again to someone and they explained that yes my records are still there they do not disappear due to the account closing. They explained I needed to pay for these adding up to around 300 dollars and this is not even the whole document. I received copies from another account at the same bank with no charge but it took a week to do and when asked how fast I could receive my documents if I paid they told me the same day. This is my public record and I do not believe I should be paying for information that is mine vi want all documents regarding the closed account from this agency as soon as possible. This is my only proof of loans credit cards being paid of in good standing along with showing financial credit. Thank you

      A call from the bank was made to me today and she is asking if there is anything she can do and wanted to discuss this. I already discussed this with her and her response was I have to pay but since I reported this issue she still wants to discuss what I reported. That is not ok for a business to do just because I made a report. I plan on calling her back to see what she says but in my opinion it looks as if she is just trying to cover up her              unprofessionalism.

      I spoke with a ***** today and her response was to print off documents there is a fee but it was error when they printed out my other documents for free. She mentioned it's time and money the other documents that were printed had a stack of papers that were unneeded waste of paper so noone was worried about money in that aspect. When I spoke to her before she said there was no one higher up but today she stated that she will need to contact someone higher up than her. I explained I have no problem writing out my statements if I can see them on a computer or maybe they can email them to me to save ink. I am unsure why I'm paying for my information after being in business f since 2010

      I'm very sorry for your frustration with our process.  I looked into this, first thing this morning, and had ***** give you a call to see what we can do to resolve your issue. Our digital records only reach back to 2015; beyond that, we have to search through many discs, in our vault, to locate the information you have requested (which was many years of statements dating back to when you were in high school). 

      ***** did some more research, after speaking with you this morning, and left you a message this afternoon.
