They are scamming people. There cars have multiple problems. I have gotten 3 cars from them because they don’t allow you to get gap insurance so they agree to cut all the cost of a car when you can no longer use it but you have to get another car through them or you still have to pay every penny for a car that’s no longer drivable.

It is unfortunate that Mrs. ***** had a misunderstanding with Car Zone Sales. We at Car Zone **** would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused to Mrs. ****** Our goal is to make every customer a happy customer, and to address any concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner. We at Car Zone DO NOT scam people. We do sell GAP, we do not enforce it on anyone. Mrs. ***** purchased 2 vehicles from us. If her vehicle got totaled and her insurance company did not cover the full balance of what she owes to the bank, this problem is not affiliated with Car Zone. Mrs. ***** 's complaint is not legitimate. We ask BBB to remove the review.thank you.

I brought a car from them back in 2022. Days had it for a few months before it had to go back to their shop to fix it. I got it back and not even a month later it had to be back in the shop. I recently had to take it to a different shop get a fuel line replace and a new battery when they told me I got another battery the first time it was in the shop. My car still smells like gas. I have had issues with this car from the beginning and its too the point Im uncomfortable and feel unsafe driving the car

t is unfortunate that Mrs. **** had a misunderstanding with Car Zone Sales. We at Car Zone Inc. would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused to Mrs. ***** Our goal is to make every customer a happy customer, and to address any concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner. Although, Mrs. ***** is complaining against Car Zone as a dealership; it seems very obvious that her issue is with the Service company and not Car Zone. This customer had purchased a vehicle on 12/09/2022. Signed documents declare that the vehicle was “sold “AS-IS” with all faults”, signed documents declare that the customer has “personally inspected the vehicle, ha(d) an opportunity to test drive it and found it free from any reasonable discoverable damage and/or defects”; signed documents declare that “I understand that the Dealership is not obligated to provide me with any substitute transportation if my vehicle is in for service”; signed documents declare that “Everything that has been promised to me has been put into writing. I understand that Representative(s) of the Dealership are not authorized to make oral promises to me”; signed documents declare that there was “Nothing Promised Nothing Owed”; signed documents declare that the customer was “allowed the option to inspect this vehicle or to have it inspected and as a result I am satisfied with it(‘s) mechanical condition”; signed documents declare that “I understand that the vehicle I am purchasing is sold “AS-IS”. I agree to repair my vehicle at my own expense. The dealership has not promised to fix or repair my vehicle”; signed documents declare that “I understand that this dealership will not loan a vehicle to me for any reason”; Mrs. Riness had purchased a service plan 24 month / 24000 miles. The service contract had covered the cost of replacing her engine, and repairing her vehicle prior to expiration. Mrs. Riness has put 40,000 miles on her vehicle and her service contract has expired. It is clear that there was no obligation for Car Zone to address any mechanical concerns brought forth after the purchase. However, Car Zone did provide service after the customer purchased the vehicle. After repairing the customer’s vehicle, it was understood that the customer was not satisfied with the results of the repair. In addition, Mrs. Riness called the State on the service department. The State showed up and verified there was no wrongdoing at the service department, and consequently her complaint is not legitimate. In summary, Car Zone has already taken action well beyond its obligations to assist the customer with their concerns. Mrs.  compl*****aint is not legitimate. We ask her to remove the review. Thank you.
