    *******, the crew leader, has been calling my husband on FaceTime (latest May 2025) and sending text messages asking for a return call since we had an appliance purchased at ****** in 2021 and installed through North Country Installations. This is harassment, disgustingly unprofessional, and an invasion of privacy. The one star rating is more than is warranted. We do not recommend any installations contracted with this company. Men beware!!!

    This company was recently sub-contracted to install my new dishwasher and remove our old one. ****, the technician, told us that our old dishwasher was "locked" in and could not be removed by sliding out without cutting in to our tile, work that he does not do. Other option he mentioned was hiring someone to cut out the old dishwasher piece by piece. We were able to get a handyman to come out that same day. Within 10 minutes, he unscrewed two screws in the top front and the dishwasher slid right out. I was not too happy that we had to pay $150 when the professional installer should have been able to figure that out. Then we had to wait the weekend for **** to come back. Again, he was not able to complete the installation of the new dishwasher. He hooked up hoses but said the machine would not go in the whole way. He left, and again, we had to hire help. This time took longer to determine the problem and fix it. The handyman said that **** had left the hose under the machine and that is why it would not go in all the way. He was able to make it right and our dishwasher is now working great. It is mind-boggling to me that a professional installer would have such little know-how. I would stay away from ever hiring this company. The business who hired this company did reimburse us for the first mistake, and **** did reimburse us for the 2nd handy man charge. While I appreciate that, we experienced much concern and inconvenience, not to mention requiring four visits for this process. I just want others to be aware.

    I recently had a highly disappointing experience with North Country Installations LLC, a company contracted by ****** to install my dishwasher. The technician claimed my water valve was leaking and not shutting off properly. To verify this, I called a licensed plumber who confirmed the valve was functioning perfectly with no issues.This fraudulent claim was clearly an attempt to charge for unnecessary repairs. Throughout the interaction, the technician emphasized that North Country Installations LLC is a large company and proudly mentioned their partnership with ****** as a testament to their credibility. However, this affiliation only makes their unethical practices more concerning.After researching, I found multiple reviews reporting similar unethical behavior by North Country Installations LLC. It's shocking that ******, a company known for its excellent customer service, would partner with such a dishonest company.This experience has caused me unnecessary stress, wasted time, and potentially could have led to unwarranted expenses. I strongly advise others to avoid North Country Installations LLC and to get a second opinion if they claim something is wrong.

    I had North Country installation come out to install a microwave and dishwasher. The office staff is super sweet. And absolutely loved ******* he did an awesome job.A+ from us!!! Thank you North Country

    No call ahead of time. Messed up first delivery day and time and I had to miss a day of work. Second install day I was put on hold for over 8 minutes. Time for 2nd delivery not as promised. No thank you.

    North Country Installations was contracted by Lowes to install my dishwasher. I waited almost 2 weeks for the install date to arrive and he showed up told me my drain hose ran through the crawlspace and then said I should just call Lowes and get my money back for the install and then call a plumber to do it. He then said I can leave this dishwasher here or take it back to Lowes. As if I have the space to store an extra boxed dishwasher. If I ever see North Country Installations as a contracted installer again I'll go to a different store to make my purchase. I wasted an entire day off of work waiting for them to arrive and then got nothing out of it. Caused Lowes to lose a customer for life.

    I just had a new gas dryer and dishwasher installed. The tech they sent was Mike A. He was FABULOUS! He was friendly, professional, answered any questions I had and even went through how to operate both units. One of the best features was that he cleaned up when he was done. Most of the service people, that I have encountered lately have attempted to leave the mess and all the broken / oily parts for me to clean up. Mike was a breath of fresh air. THANK YOU MIKE!
