I would recommend this company. Technician ********************************* came out , inspected the door, listen to my concerns. He gave me three options on how my garage door could be fixed. He did not push which option was needed. This is important to me. He knew what he was doing and now my garage door works like it was new.

I had to replace my garage door opener and called Precision Garage Door. I am very satisfied with the service I received. The tech, *****************************, is very professional and polite. What a great experience I had with precision garage door of southeast mi. **** came out and was very professional and explained the process step by step for installing a new garage door opener. I have to say it was by far the best experience I have had with any company that I have contracted to work at my home in the past. Fixed our garage door and came out in a hurry on a Sunday morning. Our tech did a great job. I felt her was honest and friendly. This is the second time *** worked with precision (1st time at this house) and I would definitely recommend them. I would recommend this company for any and all garage door repairs. ************** ******* was friendly and educated on all garage components and was very willing to take his time in educating myself and my wife on how to maintain the door and all the components for future use to get the maximum life out of all components. I am very satisfied with the service I received from 1st call to completion of service. I was sent a text and called 30 minutes prior to the service rep arriving as promised. The service rep ***************************** was a very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He took his time completing a thorough inspection and explained everything to me. He gave me a few different options an quotes I could choose from and didn't pressure me into anything I didn't need or want.
