From the installation of the door to any issues that come up afterwards, they stand behind their product. Knowledgeable staff and if they dont have the answer, they have a colleague that does. All that I have dealt with have been courteous and professional. I had a problem with my Genue garage door opener a few months after it was installed. They sent a technician out to fix it. When the same problem popped up a couple months later, they swapped out the motor and we are hoping for no more issues. Great company and great employees.

Absolutely fantastic customer **********************! ********************************* was very knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly technician. My garage door opener stopped working on a Saturday morning. I called Precision Door, and they scheduled a service call for later in the day. They were able to come a little earlier and after giving me a quote for a new system he got right to work. He did a great job and was very professional and wonderful to deal with. I used Precision Door a few years ago when my daughter drove into our garage door, and it had to be replaced. I recommend them to anyone needing a door or opener.Precision Garage Door of Southeast Michigan
