**** gave us a call before arriving. He did a great job explaining the parts that needed replacing in addition to the broken spring that I knew about. He was very professional, knowledgeable and knew his business. My twenty-five year old garage door is now like new. They sent out technician *********************** within hours. ****** quickly assessed the problem, gave me a few options, and took care of the problem right away. ***** was very thorough, knowledgeable and honest with me when diagnosing what repairs I truly needed. He installed ************* and opener in a fairly quick manner as well. Highly recommend working with Precision Garage Door for your garage door needs! Everyone was very helpful, professional, and prompt communication from initial inquiry on website to tech coming out and helping with design (****** was amazing and spent time looking at various designs and answering questions after initial appointment). Ordering was very easy (once we decided what we wanted), scheduling was prompt (in them letting us know when it came in and getting us on the schedule to install). Install with ***** and colleague was very professional, quick. Left everything clean, walked us through the new door/technology. Highly, highly recommend the whole team and very happy with our new door!Precision Garage Door of Southeast Michigan
