Wonderful service! Precision Garage Door installed a new garage door and new (fancy) opener system, replacing a very old (loud) garage door. The entire process was flawless. Ordering the door/parts, scheduling the installation, and the day of installation were all VERY easy. The technician (***************************) was AWESOME! He was very professional, very polite, and very thorough with the installation. My new garage door is BEAUTIFUL! I will request ******** when I need my other garage doors replaced.

Precision door was very professional and timely. They came when they said they would. **** the tech was very knowledgeable and efficient. He explained everything and gave me options. ***** and ***** were great to work with. How nice to work with competent installers who made sure all our questions were answered!!!***** made sure all the panels were the right style and color before he got started. He went over how he was going to install the door seals, how the bottom door seal would fit, and exercised the door operation with us there before he asked for any payment. ***** reviewed the door maintenance with us and was sure to point out what to lubricate and what not to lubricate. He also gave us cleaning tips for the outside door surface so that we would not clean it in a manner that would damage it or void the warranty.I would welcome ***** and ******************* any time and hope that all your employees are like them.Precision Garage Door of Southeast Michigan
