Precision was very easy to deal with. The young man who came to do the estimate, *******, was clear in his explanations, offering alternatives, making suggestions. The installer, *************************, did an excellent job in the removal of the old equipment, and installation of the new. He answered my questions, and was personable. I appreciated his work and his help. I was surprised that there was not manual handle on the door for non *********** use, but was told I had not ordered it. Apparently, it is no longer standard equipment if there is an opener. This should be explained to customers.I would have no problem recommending Precision for new garage doors, and no problems likewise with ******* and *****.

Our garage door cable came off the roller causing the spring to break early one morning leaving us stuck with a heavy garage door that we couldn't lift. Within an hour after making a service request, knowledgeable Service Tech ****** arrived. He thoroughly inspected the problem, explained what happened, and gave options for the repair. After completing the job, he then reviewed and demonstrated some maintenance tips for future upkeep. Now that's what we call EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER ********************** and ******************************************* Door of SE MI is definitely on our referral list!Precision Garage Door of Southeast Michigan

The technician was very informative, explaining how the door opener works and why it wasnt working. He was patient with me not knowing anything at all. Plus he was friendly and took time. ****** quoted our project and was very knowledgeable. My home has never had a new garage door, and I wasnt sure what to go with. ****** showed all the options and was patient. ************ installed our new door and Im ecstatic. The door is not only beautiful - its so quiet! We upgraded and had an insulated door with windows installed. I also selected beadboard with wood grain finish. Now I just have to update the rest of the house! I wish Precision Door handled landscaping :)Precision Garage Door of Southeast Michigan
