The service was excellent. However, on the web site. It clearly stated that their techs carried a variety of openers from Lift Master and Genie at various price points. When the tech arrived, he told me he had only one, a high priced Lift Master. It was a take it or leave it proposition. It felt like a bait and switch. I was leaving the next day and had to get it done.

Repair service was scheduled the next morning when I called because my garage door wouldn't open. I appreciate that Precision Door values my safety and texts a picture and name of the technician coming to my home. ********************* and his coworker arrived on time and quickly determined the cause of the garage door malfunction. They made the necessary repairs and the work was completed in less than an hour. Also, because the door is still under the 5 year warranty, the service was free. They were both professional, friendly, and efficient. I highly recommend Precision Door AND *****.Precision Garage Door of Southeast Michigan

************** arrived and quickly identified the issue with our garage door. He explained what was needed in order to repair the door and have it functioning properly again.
