    Great product, sales staff, project manager, and owner contact.Our house was resided with horizontal and vertical siding, and shakes. The product was shown to us at the sales meeting for quote along with the insulation and wrap to be installed beneath. Salesperson, *****, was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. The installers, *** and crew, were great! Knowledgeable, detailed, professional, creative solutions presented for an area where siding met brick that was great! **** following up with any concerns was easy to reach and timely. We recommend White Pines Renovation LLC for any siding projects.

    I cannot say enough good things White Pine Renovation. Another company looked at our roof and quoted us with the same price with lesser quality materials. White Pine Renovation provided us with an entire roof in a reasonable timeframe with a great price. On top of that, everyone we worked with was very responsive. I greatly value how honest everyone there. I feel confident everyone will be taken care of well if they turn to White Pine Renovation for their roofing needs.

    At first we were hesitant to take on such a big project after a laundry list of issues with the last roof we had put on the home but ultimately we decided to give White Pine Renovation a chance. When the job first got started we began to notice a few issues here and there but let them go until the roof was finished. After the roof was done there were a handful of things that just didnt look right and we wanted taken care of. We called in and the project manner *******, and Owner ****, came out and inspected the job and listened to our concerns and made a plan to get them taken care of. The install crew came back out and attempted to fix the issues, some were fixed but some still didnt look right. ******* and **** came back and did another inspection and had the installer come back for one last round of fixes. Were happy to say that even after multiple hiccups along the way our roof looks great and the special attention that the owner puts into the work is the reason our project looks the way we dreamed it would. We highly recommend White Pine Renovation for anyone looking to get there roof replaced with stone coated steel.

    I am impressed. Jeff, the owner, is so transparent, knowledgeable and fair. You can always tell when a business owner genuinely loves what they do.
    And then there’s Katie. As soon as she walked in, we clicked. I was shocked at her knowledge of the product and her passion for making sure I was engaged with each step of her presentation. Which, by the way, was not a computer power point presentation like everyone else I had received estimates from. Katie looks you in the eye and proudly explains why windows from White Pine are worth the investment. She not only told me things no one else had ever said but she showed me. And I really appreciated her recommending the best windows for ME. Im short and hated my kitchen window that I could never push up. My front windows were originals when the house was built. Old wooden frames, storm windows that you absolutely could not clean. Katie also was just as enthused to sell me 4 windows at a time rather than pressuring me to do the entire house at once.
    None of that “you only get that price if you sign now”. I’ve been in sales for 40 years so I am probably more critical than others of the actual presentation and sales tactics. But that’s just it. There were no tactics. Katie was more interested in making sure I understood the product and what I could expect from it than getting me to hurry up and sign a contract. That’s pretty rare.
    So now my windows are installed and they are beautiful. I feel like Im in a new house, they are so clear! And so much easier to use! They even customized the crank handle off center a little so it wouldn’t be hard to crank since it was originally right behind my tall faucet. I told Katie my concern and White Pine made me a window that worked!!
    Great company. For a company I never heard of compared to the big guys with the BIG prices, I would rather support a small local company. If they knock on your door, answer it, listen and enjoy!!!

    We ordered a door back in June. Through no fault of the company, the door took twice as long to come in. We moved from one house to another and White Pine logistically changed plans for a different home installation. Although it took longer than expected, we are extremely happy with our new door! I LOVE IT! My husband says you can’t love a door though. Very happy to support a Veteran Owned company.

    Recently we had our roof replaced with a metal one by White Pine Restoration and were very happy with their communication, installation, and the quality of the product. Eric (the owner) was not pushy, which we appreciated. He inspected our roof, presented the product, and gave a price. We previously had Erie Home out for an estimate. They were VERY pushy and higher priced. White Pine was able to replace our roof in a timely fashion and a pleasure to work with. Eric kept us informed on deliveries, schedules, and returned all calls quickly. He came out to check on the progress of the project and did a final inspection. He wanted to make sure we were happy with everything. Jeremiah (project manager) came out after the materials were delivered to make sure everything ordered had arrived, looked over the project, and asked questions. Eric and Jeremiah were in contact throughout the process. Jeremiah is very skilled, a good communicator, and gives attention to details. The entire roofing crew were respectful, thorough, hard working (2 - 12 hour days), and cleaned up completely. We highly recommend White Pine Restoration.
