      If there was a negative option I would give them that. I have been trying since my 12 week ship date has come and gone. The amount of run around that I have been getting is beyond ridiculous. I was told that the artist studio has not sent the art to PW, then I was told that it was more likely that i would never receive the piece and that I could get a credit to purchase a different piece. Now I am being told that it will be ANOTHER 30 to 60 days to get that resolved. I will never work with this company again and I will definitely NOT recommend them to anyone.

      You have not been in contact with me, I have been contacting you. Not once has anyone from Park West Gallery reached out to me regarding my backorder. I have reached out to your customer service multiple times with not satisfactory outcome. Your cookie cutter responses to complaints is not acceptable. You have zero concern for upset and angry customers. Anyone reading the complaints on this site can tell the level of care you take with your customers.

      In September 2023 wife and I went on a cruise and purchased several pieces of art. Returning home and several weeks of watching my 401K fall I contacted PW on Oct 17th about cancelling or reducing my order. First, operator told me PW does not accept cancellations. After I explained my circumstances and we ended the conversation with "I'll see what I can do and get back with you". Of course nothing, but 10 days later October 28th I received notification of a FEDX delivery . I called PW again and talked with a supervisor who's bottom line was "PW takes no cancellations, we'er not interested in your financial situation and if you refuse shipment we will charge your card anyway and the picture will sit in our warehouse." My account was closed with ************** but the charge was still added. I disputed the charge and that is pending for now.Sense the first returned picture a second one shipped. I signed for this one because it's the main picture I wanted. I called PW on the 10th of November in attempt to work out some kind of arrangement for the remaining pieces. I was put on hold forever. When the operator came back on line she told me no supervisor was available. I left my information, what the inquiry was about, and contact information. To this date no one has called!! (shocking I know)

      On November 15th 2023 I was contacted by Park West Gallery supervisor ******************* who was a very pleasant person and easy to work with. We worked out an agreement that was suitable for both me and Park West Gallery.Without getting into details I believe the misunderstanding will be resolved.

      Do not buy from Park West unless you are prepared to spend multiple extremely frustrating hours fighting their customer support team to get what you paid for if anything goes wrong. I have no doubt there are some purchases that go smoothly, but between my in-laws and us, we have purchased almost ********************************** 4 separate cruises in ********************************************************************** all 4 cases. Based on our experiences, it seems like the service department would rather spend 10 hours avoiding trying to solve the issues than 10 minutes actually resolving the problems. We bought a number of pieces on our last cruise and paid to have the unframed ones framed. They all arrived safely, but one of them arrived in a tube instead of framed even though they charged us for framing. It took us months of emails and phone calls with customer service, sales, etc. trying to get it resolved. They finally agreed to give us credit towards a future purchase if we returned it. We shipped it back and they confirmed receipt. We had an upcoming cruise where we would be looking at more art and they said that our credit would be in the system and could be applied to our purchase. They knew our cruise date and promised it wouldn't be an issue. We just got back from the cruise and purchased another 5 pieces for our collection. When we went to pay, the sales team had no information about our credit said to just contact customer service when we got back and they would take care of it. We contacted ******** Services when we got back from the cruise and they let us know they havent gotten around to processing the credit, probably wont do it for another couple of months and have no intention of applying the credit to the art we just purchased. If we want to buy from them again in 2023, they may apply the credit then. We are trying to escalate the issue and will probably get it resolved, but I am sure it is going to be a long and painful process.

      Have collected for over 10 years with PW always in person. Attended an online auction on a Friday night, was interested in 3 pieces, bid on one and had to go. My concierge bid on the other two without my approval. I was told that as soon as they are bid it is final so I went through the whole thing of choosing frames etc then got an invoice which said I needed to check on the agree to terms and conditions and be sure to sign and initial everywhere in the system. I never opened the system and assumed this would be the end of it. It was not. They finalized the sale without my signature under the guise of "if bid its final". I have never been so furious. It's been weeks of emails with ****** Services and I just keep getting the same thing: all sales are final. I get it but I never signed or accepted the terms and conditions. I do not want these, I didn't even bid one 2 of them myself and will never be doing business wit PW again. Interesting thing is, their statement of all sales final after they cross the block flies in the face of their WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS and fine print on the invoice and in the invoice system. Email is not an effective or efficient ********************** and not allowing a change of mind within 12 hours - before the invoice was even created is the absolute worst policy I can think of. Best of luck PW... going downhill year after year.

      I was able to talk to someone in ****** Services eventually and we came to a very satisfactory agreement. She was extremely helpful and kind. Do wish that the phone was their first method of contact when an issue came up, but happy with the Resolution.

      Hello , issue resolved . Actually that was not an double charge , but miscommunication between PARK WEST , me and cruise line .

      We went on a cruise in July or is now October we bought 13 pieces of the 13 pieces 3 pieces did not have the mounting cable and 1 piece of the most expensive piece was sent to us with the cheapest frame I've ever seen in my life. Not at all what we purchased. Not even the right color the frame we purchased was black they send a natural wood color and 3 times thinner and what we paid for. You have not returned any phone calls emails and every time I post a comment on any other pages there is delete them. They continue to message me on ******** saying that someone will contact me it is now October. I've heard from no one. I will continue to Warn as many people as I can since they don't bother to reach out to me. I will make sure that everybody in ****** knows about this company and every cruise ship page that I can possibly reach. It is costing me $30 to have the mounting cable attached and $ 600 to reframe the other piece so it can match the other pieces.

      As of Today 12/09 they have Not resolved the issue they email my husband asking for reviews be taken down on 11/18/2022 and they would refund part of the shipping cost $ 254. Never heard from them again. I don't know how this company is still in business. they are so many stories like ours. We spent thousands of dollars with Park west Gallery.

      My family and I attended and Auction aboard the Carnival Magic in April 2022 and purchased a piece of art for around $1,300 with a delivery date in **** weeks. After waiting 12 weeks I began contacting Park West inquiring about my purchased piece. I was told that the art piece was backordered and they could not tell me when it would be completed and delivered. After much back and forth, they agreed to a refund. That was in August. They said it could take up to 60 days to receive it. It is now November and still no refund. First , they try to lambast you into accepting a credit toward another piece of art. Their policy states no refunds, exchanges or credit only. Which is understandable if I didn't like my art or it was damaged in any way. But I never received it, nor could they tell when I could. So as I stated to them, a refund is the only option as THEY failed to fulfill their side of the contract. NOW, I still cannot get my money back. Park West Gallery's policies and procedures are strong arm tactics being played leaving me no recourse but to file a suit. Please, please, please read this as a warning. This company needs to update their policies and procedures to allow people like me to receive their refunds in a timely manner. I have to chase down person after person, to get any answers and then I am still only placated with no real satisfactory solution.

      I hate to see Im in the minority of reviews. I have purchased dozens of pieces from both cruise ship auctions and VIP events. They have always treated me as a special customer they want to keep. I receive responses to any email within two days (normally within hours if sent during business hours). My framed works are always impeccable (and cost far less than a professional framer). If you, as a customer dont understand auctionsyou win the ****** bought the item. Or **** weeks for delivery, etc that is on you. I recently requested IF a shipping update was available (2 sculptures purchased and was told ***** months for delivery) they provided information quickly and I received one piece a few days after the ***************************************************************** all my dealings over the past 10 years Ive collected with them. Customer for life!!

      Theyre the best! I have purchased many art pieces over the last 20+ years while cruising with Royal Caribbean. And always have been and continue to be very satisfied. Their customer service is impeccable and have answered all my questions in a timely manner. I have never been disappointed or unhappy with their artwork and/or service. Recently while on an ******* cruise I purchased 4 pieces which were delivered beautifully framed and in excellent condition. I highly recommend Park West!

      Have two pieces of art that we were not satisfied with. One of them looks absolutely ridiculous in how it is matted. It is not matted the way it looked in the gallery. I emailed back and forth with someone and they seemed to understand agree about what the issue was. We sent it back and they just sent it back to us and not one thing has been changed. There was a second painting that we just didnt like. We asked to send it back for credit. They said yeah no problem. But the. Never sent return instructions or slip. I emailed several times and was completely ghosted. We spent over $12,000 in art from these people in a couple of months. We would have spent a lot more, but now I will not buy another piece from them. Also most of our pieces have come way outside of the guaranteed window. 2 still havent come 6 months still waiting and no updates.
