      My wife and I were on a cruise and decided it would be fun to sit in on an art auction. We purchased an inexpensive item for our grand daughter . But then my wife saw a painting she fell in love with. The price was fair and we looked forward to its arrival. When it came , there was something wrong with the frame and the painting. I notified Park West Galleries and ***** responded immediately. He sent a new carton to pick up the painting and paid for its return. Three weeks later, our new painting arrived but not before ***** personally inspected it. Its Perfect !!!Thank you *****. We appreciate your hard work on our behalf.       I had an issue with the framing color and style. When it arrived it was not what I thought I chose on gallery computer image. ****** was my representative for this issue and was prompt and thoroughly handled my changes to exactly what I envisioned. I was sent live photos of frame choices and installation on my painting and it was made perfectly for me. This was resolved to my expectations and I am extremely satisfied with the company and representative who handled my case. Thank you for making it awesome!

      We have dealt with ********* in past years with no problems, until Nov/2023! Enter *************************** WOW what service damaged frame no problem sent out new one with NCL to reimburse costs to reframe picture! Art became wavy in another pic after 3-4 weeks after Park West framed it no problem, sent in pics of damage new picture on the way! All this done in hours or few days dealing with ******* on phone or by e-mail. Kind, caring and understanding customer service representatives like ******* only make ********* rating as art dealers go up way up, I hope ********* realizes her value as consumers we sure do. Well done ******* and thank you *********. **************

      Bought a few works on a recent cruise. Delivered on time but the frame was a different color. We had ordered Gold but instead, they were all Copper. This was unfortunate because I liked the style of the frame. After returning them and going back and forth with ***************************** we decided on a new frame. The communication was consistent and thorough. They finally arrived early i the new year and we couldn't be happier. Two of them are already hanging on the wall but we still need to pick a spot for the third one. Going through this process I would have to say the worst part was dealing with *****, LOL. Great work by the team at Park West and we commend ******* for their patience and professionalism.

      I've received many beautiful artworks from *********. Rarely have I needed to send one back, but it happened recently that a piece got dislodged from its framing during transit. A return authorization was granted and ***** picked up the repackaged artwork. It took only a couple weeks to get a replacement thanks to ***********************, who helped see me through the replacement process. I've been a very happy repeat customer.

      Poor communication. Purchased items on ship. Rushed through signing process, reiterated to me if not happy items could be returned for credit. They were very vague on this point. They do not credit your return as I interpreted as a refund, but credit you so you can buy another piece. Be wary I know I will warn people here as well as when I or people I know cruise.
