The company generated a fraudulent sale. I went on a cruise early part of June and bid on 3 *************************** piece's. I was excited as I always wanted a TK and was able to save and purchase. Plus is was the ****** which is my mothers name and I lost her in 2019 tragically. So when I won the bid, I was so excited I cried. Excitement went away fast. When I went to settle the amounts for the 3 pieces, I was asked if I wanted other paintings, I told the representative no. She began to haggle and tell she could give me all the paintings for 2K more and finance the remaining which I would not get the paintings until they were paid. I told her I only wanted the ********* and I did not want to do anything to mess up that sale. She said it wouldn't and then proceeded to process it, I told her no, I want my ********* and did not want to have a sale for any Dali's. She processed two sales and had me sign or initial on a pad she said she could not show me any contracts because the system was down but that she would be sure to process correctly. We returned after dinner and she handed me a closed envelope and said here is your receipt just remember you will get an email when your order is ready. The next morning after leaving the cruise I open the envelope and noticed it was for two sales and one sale was for paintings I didn't want. I called Park West directly to explain. At first they were helping me and apologized and told me they would get approval to cancel the order. I thought this was the end. It was not the end and now I am in December 2023 and I am still needing answers to why my funds were taken and I did not get any product. They canceled the sale, (they say it was a curtesy) and kept my money. This company stole $4600K from me. They are not a good company. While am an grateful for the ****************, I will never so business with them again make sure everyone I know knows why.Park West Gallery

According to our records, we show this sale was cancelled in June and a bid credit was issued per the terms of your signed finance contract. Please note that this credit is good for two years and can be used toward a future work of art. We apologize for any miscommunication but we consider this case closed. Thank you.Review fromDebra M

I had recently purchased a beautiful painting while on my cruise. I was very excited as this was my first experience into the realm of art. The painting did take around **** weeks to come as promised, but was drastically different that the actual painting in which I had purchased on the ship. The painting received was still numbered the same, but in a different location than the original, along with many different color variations from the original. I submitted a ticket to client services, in which I did not get a response from for over a week, even after including images of the painting I had bought while on the ship, what I actually received, and the invoice showing that it was for that exact painting and not some recreation. I then had to write a follow up email in order to get a response, in which they noted there was certainly some discrepancies involved and that it would be moved to a higher up to figure out a solution. I waited patiently for over two weeks and had still not received a response. I then sent another follow up email asking of the status and for potential resolutions to this issue. I had waited another week still with no response. I then sent another follow up email, in which I am currently awaiting some kind of response from a higher up manager. In all, I have been trying to get a resolution for around a month now and have only received one response from Park West. This has not been the experience I was hoping for in my first introduction to artwork collecting. I would recommend being very cautious when purchasing from them, as you may not get what you should receive, even if stated in your invoice that you get the original in a CP collection, and not a artists reimagination.Park West Gallery

This past year I've been on a Princess ****** and attended a land Park West VIP land function. The land function was educational and we got to meet the selected artists and learn about how they think and work.Between these two functions have purchased 6 additional paintings to go along with the 10 previously purchased over the years. It seems that I am in the minority as I have never had an issue with any of my dealings with ********* or any of their personnel. All paintings were delivered on time and framed beautifully. The only advice i will give is to set a budget, purchase art because you enjoy it and not for an investment asset and if possible do advance research on artists and the works that you are interested in purchasingPark West Gallery

During an online action event where we spent around $20K, Park West concierge convinced ** to spend another $5K to qualify for a cruise, so we did. We found out later that you cannot Stack cruises, whatever that means, so we were talked into spending more for a false reason! Is there some legal issue with their auctioneers and concierge telling customers to spend more.During another online auction we won a trip to *********, 3-night hotel stay, we paid for transportation. We were told we would get 2 gift cards to local restaurants, but never did. At the charity event we (and 29 others) purchased a 7 day all inclusive cruise thru Celebrity. However, what we received was not all inclusive but a the basic cruise, we had to pay even more to get what was promised. We had to deal with PW, not Celebrity, invoice shows PW paying a lot more than what we could book for online. So I am curious to know if ********* is taking tax deductions of what the rest of us purchased? An email was sent to PW inquiring where our purchase of Wine Buddies sculpture by ****** that we made on February 5th. August 8th, I was contacted by a gallery consultant to say that the sculpture was no longer available. The email read. **************, we are not able to send you the sculpture. To be *****, Wine Buddies has been damaged beyond repair due to the delicate nature of the resin. Unfortunately, we cannot send works that are damaged and thus cannot fulfil that portion of your order. I sincerely apologize for this situation. The thing is, on October 1st, a person on FB posted in Park West Gallery Fans that she purchased the Wine Buddies on a cruise in August and received it in September. Someone has some explaining to do on this one! PW canceled our International VIP cruise 1 week before we were to leave for ****, with no thought or consideration to the financial or emotional impact of stripping away our vacation in the manner in which they did. I purchased a ***************** piece back at the end of May beginning of June 2023. Prior to making this purchase I asked several times about shipping this art work to me at a military installation overseas (*******) as that was where I was relocating too. They assured me they could ship to my location no problem which is why I went through with the purchase. Fast forward to September no update or status on my art work, I call they said they have it not sure why it hasnt ship but they would update the order for it to ship. Here we are first week of October, no art work no update. I call again and Im told the same thing, this time within 24 hours I receive an email saying they dont ship to military locations and I need to provide another address. I call restate what I was told by 2 individuals Art representatives on the cruise ship and the rude representative tells me that was a verbal agreement and documentation says verbal agreements will NOT be honored, its my word over their word, all sales are final and I need to give an address or they will just keep my artwork. I provide an international address which is now subject to customs rates/fees and I still dont receive any confirmation of shipment for my artwork. I contacted them yet again today 12 Oct and they input my address incorrectly and said they need to contact the shipping company. This is now 19 weeks after I placed the order, I have no shipping confirmation, no artwork in hand and they refuse to refund my money. At this point Im at a loss and they have no consideration or empathy for their customers. I dont recommend purchasing from a company that does not value the customer but more so values the money.Park West Gallery
