      Can't thank *************************** enough for her commitment to finalising a long lengthy process of obtaining a refund for an artwork ********* were unable to obtain for me. ****** went about and beyond and returned every email I sent the same day no mean feat considering the time difference between *** and *********. As soon as ****** came on board I had my refund credited to my account within days.

      We purchased a piece of artwork from Park West Gallery back in August and was mailed the incorrect piece. I contacted them within minutes after ***** delivered the package and explained to the agent over the phone what had happened. She asked me to attach photos of the package and email them which I did immediately.After several days pass I had to follow up with them to only be told that "all sales are final" but they would arrange for a pickup and swap the piece for something else or possibly be offer a "gallery credit" towards something in the future with management approval.The piece we bid on at the auction apparently is no longer available and was the last of its kind. They expect me to settle on something I do not want or use a gallery credit towards something else that I do not want. The mistake was completely on them and they refuse to give me a full refund for a problem they created.

      We purchased several pieces from them during our cruise in April 2023. One of the pieces arrived damaged. They sent a replacement frame and told us they'd reimburse us up to $100 to have the art professional reframed. The replacement frame was also damaged, so they sent a 3rd frame and it also arrived damaged. They offered to give us "$250" in credit to purchase another item. We do not want to purchase another item since one of the items we've already purchased did not arrive in the condition we purchased. They then said they'd issue us a $250 refund, but we have to remove the negative review we placed. Fine, we'll remove the review once we receive the refund. Now they're demanding we remove the review BEFORE they "request" the refund and we have to sign documentation that we'll never say anything negative about them ever again. Do NOT purchase anything from this company.

      It's been a full year now since I purchased my Britto Art and sculpture during a cruise auction. I am only missing the sculpture that I was under the impression I would have all items by 12 weeks from the end of the cruise which was Sept 11th 2022. I just want my sculpture. Me and my family will never attend another auction again after this experience. This is the first and now will be our last time we will purchase art.

      Since my cruise in June, I have purchased about 8 pieces and I have had so many problems that customer service just cant be bothered to help me solve. The biggest problem right now is that I was promised Collectors Cash that I never received and when I inquire about it, I never get a reply. I was due to receive $1000 CC for participating in my first online auction and $100 CC for signing up for PW emails. ********* has lost a good customer with me. Along with the shipping drama that ***** provides, taking my business elsewhere is an easy decision.

      We have been buying from Park West for almost 4 years. We have completely enjoyed all the art we have collected! We have has minor issues with paperwork printing but have had it corrected quickly and completely with the gallery staff. We love the auctions on the ships, online and even our VIP events. Zero problems or issues! A+ rating from us!!!Cant wait for our upcoming VIP cruise!!

      Theives on norweign cruise line. Went on a cruise was looking at some art work. Did not purchase any then the art people worked up an invoice i never saw . There isnt even a signiture.on it and they are trying to charge me for it.....i have told them its not even signed and i never saw it bit they keep mailing out to me and i keep sending back. Where does it end.........i have purchased on previous cruises but i will never purchase anything again and if they dont stop i will tell people on my next cruise what they did to me...very unhappy

      Ive purchased from Park West and this last time I only received one of my pieces. The glass which is not even glass was dusty. The paperwork was all bent up, I messaged their customer service and got no response whatever. There were no care instructions, no hanging instructions, it was like buying from Amazon only worse. Never again.

      ****************** to an auction in a hotel in ****** in **** and my wife bought 5 pieces of art. We since moved from a house to an apartment and had to part away with some of them. We then found out that there was a mistake in the French title on the certificate of authenticity of an etching even if the right title was present on the back of the framework. We contacted ********* about this mistake and were able to obtain a new certificate with the right title...39 years later. Thanks to the Park West staff in particular to ********************************* and ******************************* for their excellent cooperation and work.

      Park West is a bunch of liars and their customer service is the worst. I recently purchased 2 pictures on a cruise being told they were limited editions and only 200 were made. It turns out after waiting over 2 months to receive the art, the *** indicated that it was 1 of 200 but there were over 12 different numbering schemes used and now it was 1 of 1800 varying with ****** in each series. I contacted customer service and they took over 3 weeks to contact me saying there is nothing they could do but offer me credit towards more art. I wanted a full refund but they refused. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!
