I've been a collector of fine art for over 5 decades and have been a loyal PW collector since the founder, ******************************* was doing hotel auctions himself in the Mid-West and have a collection of almost 200 pieces! I have ALWAYS received the art I purchased from Cruise's or recently from their On-Line auctions in a reasonable amount of time, even sculptures by **** that take up too 1 year to receive. Yes, there have been a few times with there was damage to the piece, a Britto sculpture, a ***************** sculpture or a ********************* painting that were all damaged in shipping. PW sent new shipping containers if needed, had ***** pick them up at my home and returned them repaired as in the painting and Mex piece or replaced as they did with the Britto piece in a ****** manner. Their prices are More than competitive with any gallery and their selections are out standing.Park West Gallery

I have waited almost four months for my ****** ******* painting to arrive. June 26 2023 it was delivered with wrinkles on the side of the picture where it mounts to the frame . I bought it with a different frame so i guess that was the four month wait. Looking at the painting anyone could see there is something wrong with the mounting of the canvas in the frame. I was told to take pictures and send my complaint to customer services@park west.com or i could take it locale and they would reimburse me up too 100 dollars. No one is gonna touch that for 100 dollars. They also told me they will decide what to do next after they evaluate the pictures i sent. Wish i could leave five stares, but you don't deserve any.Park West Gallery

After reading all these terrible reviews, I was having some regrets about buying the two paintings that I bought from Park West on a carnival cruise back in March. Of course they romance you and make you all these promises, but in the end, you just never know if you're going to actually get your framed artwork. They tell you between 6- 12 weeks, which seems like a long time. So after four weeks, I messaged them and asked them how it was going, got a response that they were still being framed. So I messaged them back three weeks later and ask them how it was going. Similar response, but not automated by any means. I'm happy to report that I just received both paintings and they are in perfect condition! It took about eight weeks to get here give or take a few days. The frames are gorgeous, they were packaged very well, and although the buffoons within the mail service had damaged the boxes, like everything these days that is shipped anywhere, the padding and protection inside was enough to keep the paintings and frames from getting ruined. Thank you Parkwest for the smooth sailing, beginning to end. ^_^ I will most likely be buying artwork from you again! :-)T.Park West Gallery

OMGI should have checked with the BBB and these reviews before I spent my money with this company!! I feel like Im in the twilight zone because my story is the same as everyone else. I went on a cruise and brought some art and everything shipped quickly and safely and thats how they get you! I then went to a show and spent over $10,000 and have never received the original art piece I ordered that cost me $7,000 and its been a year. It supposedly was shipped to the wrong address and lost by ***** and they are refusing to give me my money back! I just called them to AGAIN and was given the run around and no definite timeline again on when I would have my art and they totally got an attitude with me. Im done and Im calling the police. I tried calling my credit card company but they said it was passed the 120 day timeframe for a dispute which is why park west Gallery takes so long to ship your art so you miss the credit card companies dispute timeframe. This is fraud and no one should buy from them.Park West Gallery

I bought several pieces ,***************** 2, *********************, and ********************** was told that if u eantwd to sell them back to park west ,I could do at anytime...Well 10 years later I wanted to sell back and I got the run around. We cruise several times a and recommended Park West to others but I feel like I have been hoodwinked..Park West Gallery

We got both our pieces we bought on the cruise. We bought both under the appraised values so happy with that. They came right when they said they would which was @3 months after our cruise. We will for sure buy more on future cruises.Park West Gallery

Buyers be-where. Make sure you are buying an original piece, not a print or addition piece. From my personal experience on a cruise in May 2022, I would not recommend buying from this company because they take advantage of inexperienced art buyers (myself included). Do your due diligence before buying any artwork from any dealer.Park West Gallery

NEVER GOING TO BUY FROM PARK WEST AGAIN!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! Horrible company to deal with. Purchased a piece of art on my May 2022 cruise. Received the piece damaged. Filed a claim. Was told for MONTHS that they were trying to find a replacement piece only to be told when I contacted them months later, that there was no replacement available and I would get a refund on my card ***** days later. Fast forward 4 monthsI have yet to receive my refund and all I get is we are working closely with the accounting department on the refund. Duck and STALL is all I ever get. AND I just received ANOTHER damaged piece of art in the mail!!! So beyond disgusted with Park West. BUYER BEWARE. I will be contacting my lawyer for my refund I was awarded 4 months ago with no avail. And now I need to make ANOTHER claim for the damaged piece I just received. I loved a piece by ********************* while cruising in March 2022. I purchased it prior to leaving the ship. Waited, waited, waited and phoned in July to find out that it had been oversold and I would not be receiving the artwork. I opted for a full refund. Called several more times and learned in November that my file was given to accounting and it could take up to 90 days to process a refund. I phoned late February and ******* assured me he would find out the status and email me within 48 hours. The only emails I receive from PWG are invitations to attend online auctions; nothing, ***** zip has ever been emailed regarding my refund. And, 100% of the contact has been initiated by me. When they determined it was oversold, a solid business would contact the customer and resolve the matter; PWG hides and stalls. Here we are almost a year later from the purchase date and still no refund.Be very cautious when working with PWG.Park West Gallery

Oh how I wish your comment were true. No one from PWG has contacted me and a refund has not been provided. It has been a year since I purchased the piece. It has been it has been at least 8 months since PWG has told me the piece was oversold and unattainable. Im certain that any consumer (you includedas a human) finds this ridiculous. I am sailing on a ****** Canal cruise this September and will keep this experience in mind before raising my paddle.
