      My husband and I went on a cruise to ****** June 2022. We got the "art bug" and paid well over $40k in art on that one cruise. Since then, we have done a weekend online art auction where we bought another $24k in art. Overall, we are extremely happy with the price we have paid to outfit our home in beautiful art.Our ONE issue: we received two pieces of art, which we purchased while on the cruise, that did not meet our expectations. We contacted Park West about an exchange, and we were able to pick pieces from their collection for the exchange. This was back on December 2, 2022. We were dealing with a wonderful consultant named ******** who helped us along in the process. Since paying our invoice for the additional cost of the art on December 5, 2022, we have not received any correspondence and we still have the original artwork packaged waiting for a return label to ship back to PW, which we would like to return to ASAP. I've contacted PW a couple of times in the last week, and hoping to get this issue resolved sooner rather than later.Overall, they are a company that needs to make money; however, their customer service is lacking for the amount of money paid for the art work that we collect. Hopefully, that is something the company can work on in the future.

      I sailed on Royal Caribbean Ovation of the Seas in July 2022. Purchased 2 ************************* sculptures for $3439.95 a piece. Were told by the sales rep he would give us a great " deal" if we purchased two. Because retail value was $9000 a piece! Imagine our shock when we called the ************************* gallery and was told the retail value of the piece was only worth $1500 a piece. These pieces were mass produced for PWG just for cruise passengers! Buyer beware and never buy any art from this company unless you are willing to pay way more than the art is worth! The response we are getting is " all sales are final ", I guess the next step is to see an attorney.

      Purchased an item on a ******* cruise with Holland America in June 2022. Lovely sales rep. *** told 12 weeks to ship approximately. After 4 months I sent an email and was told the artist was working on it and would ship as soon as possible. Still no painting and zero communication from PW. Will be cruising again soon. Will not be purchasing from ParkWest again. Buyer beware.

      Purchased artwork on a Holland America Cruise back in June, 2022. Still has not arrived as of January 2023. **************** "has had no interaction with the artist gallery" which begs the question of how they are doing business with them. The company offered to "compensate" us with "our choice" of another print...meaning a printed copy of a painting, which we have zero interest in. We want our money back. I've contacted the cruise line to report the matter. I will be contacting my credit card next to report their failure to fulfill on their end of the contracted purchase. I will continue to educate and inform others until the matter is properly resolved and we have our money back.

      I believe I covered I had been in contact with customer service above. Unfortunately, your organization took exceptionally long to get to this point. No definitive action was committed to by your organization until I reported the matter to BBB and the cruise line. Perhaps that is coincidence. I was told my refund would take up to 90 more days. Six months to get to this point and another three to wait to see if you follow through. Customers deserve better response time and better service.

      We were sold the wrong piece of artwork. It seems as though the "sales idiot" didn't write down the proper name. ********* said there was no problem and to just return the wrong one and they would send the right one to us. Once they got the wrong one back, it became a rat's maze to try to find out anything about the replacement. After 2 weeks of run arounds, I finally contacted **** and made a complaint. Then, today, another 2 weeks later, I get an email that my piece was going to be shipped and it will take 12 more weeks. All told, it will be 26 weeks for the piece. I did respond to them telling them to take it up with **** now. I have bought 3 pieces of art from them so far and, I have 2 more cruises booked. I think now, the Mrs. and I will just walk by their displays. I wish I would have looked them up online before sailed.The worst customer service I have ever come across.

      My remaining artwork? Don't you really mean the replacement for your sales person's stupidity? I can not wait for my next 2 cruises so I can warn other passengers of the way you do business. Again, you had the time to fix this problem quickly but, you decided to take the long route and make me wait an additional 12 weeks. I have gotten my refund from my credit card and I really do not care what you have to say anymore.I can not believe your customer disservice department can actually sleep at night.

      Another poor review. 7 months working with 9 client services reps and 2 from damage and production in dealing with a damaged original and a print that never showed up, I emailed the *** His secretary called and helped me resolve the issues, but only after pushing very hard. During that time went on an all expenses paid VIP cruise through Park West. Purchased another ~ $20k.Now I'm back at it. Trying to deal with no customer service, no information and not getting what my contract says. I love their art and most all of the staff on the cruises, but it will never be worth the frustration in dealing with the Company. By far the worst customer service I have experienced in my lifetime.

      I wish I could give zero stars. I wish I could go on every cruise and STOP people from buying from Park West. What a JOKE!!!!! They sent my art in the WRONG frame and hope I wouldn't notice. Without going into every 50 phone calls and zero service - the experience has been awful. They are robots and won't work with you. It's a "Take your Money" and run kind of experience . And please, PW - don't add a blurb saying you helped at the bottom of this, YOU WON'T and DON't CARE!!!! Good luck everyone, you're going to need it!!! Very bad experience.

      I was "forced" to pick a term. It wasn't a "customer service" solution. You knew I was upset. NOW I have to WAIT for the correct frame, spend countless of hours with emails and phone calls. The ***** driver couldn't even deliver the wrong one for 4 days because the box was the size of the garage door. I had to stay home because you needed a signature. NOW I HAVE to drive to a framer, drive home, wait for the frame to be changed, drive back, drive home and then WAIT for a reimbursement. I was only asking for the cost of the new frame BUT NOOOOOOO, we have to have ******* match on how bad your unreasonable customer service choice is. I'm still upset. I have been a GREAT customer and to be treated like this is BAD BUSINESS!!!!

      Ive been a Park West customer for over a decade now, and theyve been nothing but professional, *******, and helpful! Ive never been pressured, or even really persuaded to spend more than I felt comfortable with, nor have I ever been told a work would increase in value. Anyone who knows even the basics about art will tell you there is no way of knowing if any work of art will increase or decrease in value, rather one can only look at trends and past performance as indicators. I find it very interesting that the bulk of complaints here start out one of two ways; I was told my art would be worth $XX and its only worth $X, Now, I cant speak for anyone else, but as I said already, in well over a decade of cruises, and one VIP weekend so far, I have NEVER been told a work would ever be worth more than I paid. EVER. The other one I see a lot is I decided I wanted to cancel my order and they refused. PWG tells every attendee up front that all sales are final; furthermore, does ******** have a return policy? Christies? Bonhams? No. All sales are final. Thats Auction 101. The problem in almost all of these scenarios seems to be lack of education and/or patience. Its easy to get carried away while youre freewheeling on a cruise, but it isnt really PWGs fault if you spend too much, is it? Do you get mad at the cruise line for the money you lost in the casino? What about the thousands you spent on liquor? Youll never see either of those again; at least Ive got an amazing art collection and a memory to go with every piece!!

      Give Park West stars??? If anything I'd to take stars AWAY from them! There was a time when doing business with ********* was only minimally annoying. It's now become worse than invasive root canal surgery. A year or so ago, I purchased a piece of art from Park West and was told it would take 'up to twelve weeks' for delivery. So after waiting the three months I was told it wasn't available. I was then told, after numerous phone calls, that I could only have a 'credit' toward another piece of art as it is 'against their policy' to give refunds. Only after my attorney threatened to sure them did I get my money back. Then, stupidly, on a cruise last summer, I made the mistake of again purchasing something at one of their auctions at sea. Well, fourteen weeks later they informed me (again after ME calling THEM) that the framing I selected was still unavailable. The customer 'service' rep then told me that someone from their framing department would contact me in a few days to select an alternate frame. She then stated told that it would probably be AT LEAST 'several more weeks before it would then be shipped. Again, I could have a 'credit' but NO refund!! So a warning to all potential customers. Don't walk away from doing business with *********. RUN as fast as you can! This company goes well past what I would call ethically challenged. I am going on another cruise very soon and when I do, I will make a point of letting every person showing up at one of their at sea auctions about my Park West experiences.
