****** representative were kind and friendly then was transferred to applications representative Ciclia she was rude from the start in her tone and demeanor she was demanding calling me by my first name if we were friends very unprofessional got she became confrontational and terminated the call. I do not recommend this company as the outside agency they work with are horrible. After call heart rate was elevated and breathing became labored. I have cop and aphib so they don't seem to be concerned about there clients health as much as the do on getting paid.

I spoke to ***** ***** and ******** (or ******* Nyman). I am horrible with names, i sure hope I have them correct. I must say, they were the nicest people I have spoken to in a very long time. Completely professional, personable and intelligent. I believe both of the ladies are a tremendous asset to their firm. I highly recommend this office because of their staff.Nyman Turkish PC
