    Today, my family reserved a private room to celebrate a 97th birthday. What should’ve been a joyful event turned into one of the most disappointing meals I’ve ever experienced, especially for the nearly $2,000 we spent. To start, the restaurant assigned just one rude, inattentive waiter for our party of 24. We had to constantly chase him down for basic things like water, drinks, pepper, and even salt. It was clear they weren’t equipped to handle a group this size. The appetizers were cold and flavorless. Kids' meals were either wrong or delayed — our 2-year-old waited 25 extra minutes while the others ate, and only ate because the others shared with him. The food itself was bland, overpriced, and disappointing. The waiter even laughed while telling us they only hand-make one pasta — the tagliatelle — and the rest are boxed. Not something to brag about. It took three full hours to finish the meal — with seven kids under age 5 sitting through painfully slow service. Completely unacceptable given the circumstances and what was communicated in advance. At the end of the night, they insisted on boxing up our leftovers but returned with unmarked containers, forgot several in the back, and caused total chaos trying to figure out whose food was whose. The service was terrible, the food was mediocre, and the staff clearly had no training or control when it comes to large parties. It was embarrassing to bring our family and elderly guests here. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for any kind of event or special meal. This place does not deserve your business. Absolutely do not recommend.
