The 2nd assigned installers were professional and proficient. The installation coordinator lacked empathy and professionalism. He contacted me for a last minute rescheduling. He did not acknowledge my disappointment of having to possibly reschedule. I was able to speak with a couple of managers who were empathetic to my concerns. The managers were able to contact installers who were available and ready to get the job done. I love my floors. They are beautiful. I will be having my guest bedroom floors installed by Refloor.

Im a recent customer of **********************. Just had 3 rooms and a hallway done and absolutely love the way it looks! Our install coordinator *** was in contact with me multiple times during the job and talked us through the process. He was very responsive to my questions and concerns. Our installer ******* was very friendly and professional. He walked us through the job and told us exactly what he was doing the whole time. He and his crew were outstanding. Very good at their job. Looks simply GORGEOUS!! The gentleman installer was clear about what he needed to know before starting, answered any/all questions courteously & clearly, walked us around the finished project for any questions. Also he didn't goof but showed up and got to it after telling us what the intended plan was for the day. Plus, a really calm & focused individual on your team who really knew his stuff!!!
