Had an area of flooring mistakenly not added to my project during initial sales *** measure that I will have to set up to be done later which caused some frustration. But overall ***** my coordinator and my installers were attentive, professional, and seemed genuinely concerned that we got a good product and great service. They were great. *** was very helpful coordinating my flooring project. ****** and ****** are indeed the best installers. Checking to make sure what I preferred. Helping me move a little furniture back and fixing a delimma I had. They put their ideas together, and fixed it in 5 minutes. I really appreciate the extra mile and great customer service. I decided to replace all of the flooring throughout my house. I engaged Refloor. The crew arrived on time each day and worked non stop. They are very efficient and great at communicating throughout the project. They finished on schedule. The crew was polite and professional. My new flooring looks amazing. I highly recommend Refloor.
