We absolutely love our new flooring! **** the installer was THE BEST! Highly recommend him and **** our sales person!We were not happy with the contract process if a husband and wife are BOTH on the contract and loan WHY does the first named have to be THE contact person and THE person present for installation! This caused a bit of confusion and a 2 hour delay in the installation process! I know its written in the contract but believe if husband and wife both sign either should be able to handle all the business involved, especially install.Refloor, LLC

The Refloor experience was wonderful! I first spoke with ***** and **** who both were very helpful in explaining the process and helping me decide on the type of floor I wanted to use. The customer service representative, ******, called several times to check in and answer any questions I may have and the installation team: ************************, and ****** were excellent! They did not want to leave until they knew I was happy. Great customer service on all ends and I will be going back to Refloor for future needs!Refloor, LLC

**** and crew were very nice, very efficient, and cleaned up beautifully. They pointed out a small problem with my shower that I need to take care of soon. If they had not pointed it out, I wouldve had problems in the future . ***** was very pleasant on the phone. She was available for me and answer all my questions.Refloor, LLC

**** and ***** did a great job! They showed up early and got right to work. They made sure to check the color of flooring with me before getting to work and asked what way I wanted it to be laid out. They had the carpet ripped out and carried out pretty quick. They also did a great job cleaning up. My furniture was put back and the house was left very clean in the area they worked.
