      Owner Shannon does not follow thru on his contracts. He ghosted me after I asked him to revise an invoice to a lower rate he had quoted me in writing. He then claimed we had not agreed, but I sent him the screenshot of the agreed pricing. Now he is not responding to my calls or texts, and it appears he has refunded half of my payments for May mowing services with no explanation, and his crew has not showed up to mow this week. I suspect he is walking away from our mowing contract. Unprofessional and not courteous. I wanted to continue services, but he is nor responding for the last 3 days.

      As a lawn care owner, I never asked customers to sign a contract because they're non-binding, and we can walk away with no questions asked, so it's all lies. It's wasn't a good fit, and it has nothing to do with work. It just wasn't a good fit, that's all
