Request a Return Authorization: Contact our Customer Service team at (833) 888-9346 Ext: 102 or email [email protected] to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the Item: Send the return package to the address provided by our Customer Service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved returns will be processed within 5 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.Exchanges:
