  I had a tub to shower replacement done and the job went very smooth and turned out great! *** ***** was the installer and was very efficient, polite and a hard worker. He kept me informed along the way of what he was doing and the city inspectors were out twice and approved the job he did without and concerns. I recommend Atlas to anyone looking for home improvements!

  I was originally referred to Atlas Home Improvement by a contractor referral website, for a tub to shower conversion in my home.This was reported to be a reputable company with a long track record of service to *******************They boast about how they exclusively use ******* brand products, which are supposed to be superior to others, so I believed this and contracted with them.That date was: December 20, 2024. Today is: June ******, and NO work has been done! Atlas has received $1000.00 in cash on the date of the contract, plus another $4920.00 on March 8, 2025 through *************** Company (Atlas business partner) at Atlas request.The $4920.00 upfront charge was NOT part of the original agreement, however I approved it, assuming the completion of the work would be imminent. This total of $5920.00 is exactly half of the total amount for the completed project.From Dec. 20, 2024 until this date June 8, 2025, *NO work has been started nor completed on this ********** make this situation worse, Atlas is now refusing to speak to me, respond to my phone calls nor my messages. I have had many poor experiences with contractors during my life, but this one is by far, the worse!The time for discussion and explaining has expired. I would like ALL monies returned immediately, so I may find a truly reputable company to complete my project.

  2 years ago I had a total bathroom remodel done by them. Just a few months later my towel bar broke off already. They never installed an anchor. Now I have mold growing at the bottom of the shower stall which should not happen to a bathroom that costs over 12.000. Then I find out that I only had 1 year warranty for such an expensive job. I wished I had loved the contract over better but I was not in the right state of mind since I had just lost my husband a few months before that and they clearly took advantage of that. Now they want me to pay $250 to come out and $100 per hour after the first half hour. They put me in a state of depression which is horrible. My sister in New Mexico has the same bathroom installed and they have a lifetime warranty. And all I had was a1 year warranty. That's ridiculous

  Mrs. ******* I have looked into your complaint and please allow me to clarify. You have a Lifetime Warranty on all of the Jacuzzi materials. With that being said, we warrant the silicone "caulk" for 1 full year. Silicone has a certain "life expectancy" and I do not know any company in the bathroom industry who guarantees it forever because it is not made to last forever. Most of our customers get 7-10 years on the silicone but that is because they are actively wiping it down and cleaning it when they clean the rest of the acrylic shower. If you take care of the silicone it will last. Also, we have a small "trip charge" that pays for our installation tech as well as our truck/fuel to go out and look at all of our jobs. This trip charge is waived for the first year no matter how many times that you call us. The problem is that you called us after 2 years and so there was a trip charge to come look at the job. Then we gave you a cost to replace the caulk which is based on an hourly rate. It usually only takes 1 hour. I'm sorry that you were surprised by this but I assure you it is well explained in the final job paperwork we left you and that you signed off as part of your Completion Certificate that says you are happy with the job and understand how to take care of the product. We would like to get your project back to working like new and then we will go over the process with you again on how to keep it looking brand new. Unfortunately, there is not a product yet for bath remodeling that is 100% maintenance free.   They put a new floor in my bathroom redid my shower. (Don't know if they pulled a permit) because of floor they removed toilet. Never tightened toilet fully down and it leaked, my front foom ceiling fell down. And they did noting to help. Will not even talk to insurance company. Now I have to get a lawer. Money back guarantee. I guess I will see in court

  We take customer satisfaction very seriously and always strive to provide quality workmanship. However, we must clarify that the claims made in this review are misleading. As we previously communicated, the leak was not due to our work. You and I have had numerous conversations regarding this. Despite this, we advised the customer to file a claim with their insurance, and our insurance company worked with theirs to resolve the issue. The costs were covered accordingly.
  We have documented proof of this resolution and respectfully ask that any false accusations cease. We stand by our commitment to fairness and transparency in all our projects. If the customer has any further concerns, we encourage them to reach out directly.

  *************************** and *****, his assistant, did a bathtub/shower demolition on the first day they were here and then they framed in the area for the new walk-in shower. Their work was done well, they did not disturb anything else in the bathroom, and they did a good clean-up job before leaving for the day. They also explained that over the next two days there would be inspections by both a plumbing inspector and a building inspector, which happened just as they had described.On the 4th day, they installed the shower pan, constructed and installed the shower walls, and plumbing fixtures (for which they checked with us for proper placement (height, etc.), and shower rods and curtains.We really appreciated their hard work and cordial attitude along with their being sure to check with us about the details.Overall, they were excellent and we hope all Atlas employees are similar in their interactions with customers. Sorry we didn't do this sooner -- I had a problem finding the place online where we were to do this, so I hope this gets to Atlas. *** and *************************

  Atlas successfully installed a stairlift chair this week.**** and ******* were complete professionals doing a great job and explained the usage in detail.Could not be happier with the ease of use and function that makes my life better.Salesperson was educational and did not apply pressure to buy, unusual experience today.Very good experience!**************

  Great experience. Had 2 stair lifts installed. Signed the paperwork on April 15th. They were installed on April 18th. Fast, Atlas had the materials in stock. *****************, Atlas's technician and ****'s associate did a great job with the installation. The wiring was neatly tucked around the corners for the plug in power to the units. Everything neat and clean when finished. Went over about how to safely operate the lifts. Left his number in case of a question. I did have to contact him a day later and he was back to me in a matter of minutes. You just don't seem to get service like that anymore. Thanks Atlas.

  Atlas is a great company. I recently had a stair lift installed in my home and am completely satisfied with the product. *****************, the installer, showed up on time, was polite, friendly and knowledgeable of the product. The installation was completed in the amount of time quoted. I was very impressed that I received a follow-up call from ******* form Atlas checking on my satisfaction with the job.   IF WE COULD LEAVE A 10 STAR REVIEW WE WOULD!!!!! Let me start by saying our son just happened across a post from Atlas on ******** a while back to nominate your favorite/deserving veteran. He posted the story of ******* husbands time in the U.S. Coast Guard. Out of the blue last fall we received a phone call that we are in the top 5 to possibly win a ************** make over absolutely FREE!!! (Of course I thought it was a scam for second! lol) WE ENDED UP WINNING!!! We were able to pick out the *********** were allowed to get whatever we could dream of!!! Our bathroom is now complete & it is beyond a blessing to us from these WONDERFUL people!!! This company TRULY cares about & respects our US military!!!! Thank you with all our hearts ****************************************** Wed also like to thank the EXCEPTIONAL staff that made this dream come ******************************** ********************, (who was always so kind & helpful) *******************, *************************, ********************, ***************************, *****************, *************************** & *****!!!   We consistently experienced water coming through out bathroom shower installed by atlas into our newly finished basement after having Atlas complexly replace our old tub w/new shower-come to find out they did NOT put a tray in under the shower which is held up by foam & the way they chose to seal the edge of the shower to meet the floor, where there is a large 1/2-1 gap as it grows widest in the mid-section of the shower & smallest at either end & tub was made but they only put a thin piece of plastic to the floor and then used caulk to cover it up which did nothing we discovered some disturbing and major cuts they made which are noted in our contract as being included & covered in the scope of work. Not having a tray under the shower of any type is something multiple plumbing companies have said they have not seen before. After having 3 plumbing companies out, all of which came to the same conclusion we did in that atlas cut out huge portions of the project which resulted in water going through to the basement as there is no seal to prevent it from going to the floor and although we recaulk every quarter and put towels down around the entire perimeter it is going to eventually trickle down and because there is no tray or anything it goes directly into the electrical systems for the lights and our ceiling tiles above our 30k refinished basement we did that year months prior. Very disappointed & now w/ 3 parties confirming our findings & not following code per our city we will be connecting with atlas to resolve this. We have now fixed the mass gap issue that was simple laziness and did document via video and photos with timestamps where we pulled up their plastic floor seal that simply gave an illusion of it having a purpose & kept their materials including floor seal. We put down waterproof underlayment sealed it with the proper materials but still have many issues and have had to replace the carpet ceiling tiles and redo 4 overhead lights. ****************** a2

  *******************, this was so upsetting to read, please allow me to give our perspective. Your shower was sold on 5/20/20 and installed on 7/13/20. We have this project well documented in our system, with before, during and after photos. The project looked great when we were done and we have a signed completion certificate from you that everything was done to your satisfaction and you were happy. We also gave you a packet of information about how to care for your system and what to do if you ever had any problems. We only had one service call from you on 1/20/21 for a simple shower door adjustment. That was completed and we never heard from you again. I wish you had called us immediately as soon as you had a problem. I feel terrible that you have been given some very bad information and advice. The Jacuzzi Bath Remodel system is NOT installed with a rubber liner like you are describing. That is used when installing traditional tile. Plumbers are not familiar with our system and should NEVER touch it. We are a franchise and we are required to follow Manufacturer Specifications on how to install the Jacuzzi system. We are currently installing over 100 bath/shower projects each month with few problems. It is very rare to have a leak into the basement like you are describing (like 1 out of 1000) but if it does happen it is a very easy fix. However, you need to call us right away, not have another company unfamiliar with our products touch the system. I am shocked that a plumber would touch your shower without telling you to call the company who did the installation especially since we didn't even know there was an issue. I'm not sure what to do as the companies who attempted to fix have caused a big problem for you and they have voided your warranty. The reason we have such great ratings on BBB, ******** and ****** is because we ALWAYS stand behind our work and take great care of our more than ****** customers. We have a full time ****************** and Master Plumber on staff. Our only caveat is that our customers have to call us when they have an issue and give us an opportunity to fix it. Once again, I am so sorry that these plumbers gave you such bad information.
