According to information provided by consumers, HRS Shipping (www.hrslogisticsus.com) is a business with an address in Lakeville, MN. Consumers describe being offered work as a "shipping analyst" by HRS, with "base pay" plus a bonus for "each package accurately forwarded on." As part of this process, HRS asks consumers to sign up through an online portal, with the promise of receiving pay after 30 days of reshipping packages. Once that time passes, consumers report that they suddenly lose access to the portal, are not paid for their work, and are no longer able to reach the company by phone or e-mail.
On 4/29/24, BBB learned of a 'new' site, 'Shipowners Post' (shipownerspost.com), using the same phone number as HRS Shipping but now claiming to be located in Anderson, IN. The website was just registered on 4/17/24, and is very similar in content and design to the former HRS Shipping site.
As with any purported "work from home" opportunity or offer to make money through package reshipping, BBB urges extreme caution. If you sign up for work as a package reshipper, possible consequences include misuse of personal / financial data you provide, non-payment for work performed, and unknowing involvement in shipping stolen goods.
