      My car was recently stolen and the police got it back and impounded it before I could come and pick it up from them. I call the impound lot to get my car the amount they want it was too much so I had to wait a while then I called back a week later to see about my vehicle and they informed me that the bank had came and took my car I think, called the bank to find out how much I had to spend to get the car back and they told me I have to pay the full amount plus the towing fee for the car. Ive only had the car six months and now I have it do you want me to pay $****** over ****** they are cricket they are wrong and I wouldnt do any business with them anymore. If anyone has any advice about how I could get my car back please email me at *********************

      My credit card was stolen in June of 2023 and had fradulant charges on June 25, 2023 for $105.94 at Speedway in ********. I called **** and Wings Financial to file a dispute for fraud on that charge on June 26th, 2023. My card was marked stolen and I received a new card.In July, I called for an update on my dispute as my other cards that were stolen had already completed their dispute. I was told by Wings that by the end of August 2023 that my dispute would be complete and I would see a full refund plus waiver of any interest fees.Fast forward, I check my account in the beginning of September and the charge was still on my card. I called Wings Financial to get an update and they have hung up on me multiple times and told twice that I would receive a call back in 2-3 business days. After 3 weeks of not getting a call back, I recieve a call from Wings collections agent on 9/22/23 stating I've missed payment due to this fraudulent charge. I received an alert that Wings has reported this missed payment to my credit and my score dropped -49 points. I explain to Wings my situation yet no one is willing to help me. I told her my credit score is being effected and I need to figure it out now. She proceeds ro say "we can't focus on the score right now, I will have to call you back"I call Wings and **** Fraud on a 3-way call on 9/25/23 to inform them how I am being affected is but they insist they cant help because they can't find a file for my dispute. They tell me I didn't file a dispute but then suddenly find one started on 9/5/23. I correct Wings and **** that I filed it back in June when the charge first appeared. **** then transfered our 3-way conversation with Wings and I to one of their other department, which we end up waiting over 10 mins and the Wings representative that was helping me got impatient and hung up on **** and said she would call me back with information. It's now October and she has not called me.

      Filed a fraudulent dispute charge on my credit card for $112, my card was canceled and I was told I would be credited, but I was not. This was on 04/28/2023. I was told there would be no interest charged, I was charged this month for **** on those charges.Case#*********** with Wing Financial services ************ Each time I was called I am told they will credit the account, charges would be removed, nothing ever happens.

       I am rejecting this response because: They left a message with a number that I cannot get anyone to respond on, the number literally disconnects when you call it. No voice mail, no person just disconnects. Wings has done nothing to resolve the issue.

      I have an auto loan with wings financial credit union as well as a personal account. After falling on a medical hardship I was just at 2 months behind. They clock your access to your account so you cant make any electronic payments. I called to make arrangements to pay the car loan up to current and was quoted and advised that I had to pay the exact amount of $1,290.46 . I did just that. My contract says that I have a 15 day grace ****** from the due date of the 30th of each month. The intimidating threats of issuing a repossession letter within my 15 day grace ****** is pure harassment and extreme. When asked under what cause were they sending out a repo letter I was told because I was short on my July 20th payment. I reiterated that I pause the amount I was told to pay. This has become a problem with this company when you fall on hardship times. They talk very nasty to you and go above and beyond harassment. Something needs to be done about this.

      On 05/30/23, I opened *********************************** Checking, and High Yield Checking accounts at Wings Financial as a new customer. At the time, ********************** was running a promotion for new customers. For new customers, if you made $600.00 in direct deposits into a new account and made at least 5 debit card transactions of $25 or more within 60 days of account opening, you are eligible for a $300 sign up bonus to be paid out on 08/01/23. On 08/02/23, I called Wings Financial to inquire about the $300 sign up bonus and was told someone would call me back regarding my inquiry. No one called me back. So, on 08/04/23, I called Wings Financial again to inquire about my $300 sign up bonus. I was assured the $300 bonus would be in my checking account by end of day as I had met all of the qualifications to receive the bonus. As of today, 08/05/23, I have not heard from Wings Financial and have yet to receive my sign up bonus as a new customer. I would like ******************** to help in recovering this $300 sign up bonus as I have met all of the qualification to receive the bonus.

      I am an insulin dependent diabetic. I also ran out of insulin. I was behind on a **** card, not active, which I have been paying off, but got two months behind on (my wife manages my payments.). I have dropped the balance from $5,000 to $3,600 in the last year.Today I was 300 miles from my home at 6:00 am. I found out early this morning that my debit card was frozen without any notice (even though every Friday I get $1,800 deposited in my bank acct. After noon, I called up and after waiting for 30 min on hold to talk to a representative, about why my debit card was not working (I needed to get gas/fuel so I could get home to my insulin), I was told that even on the following day , after $1,980 in funds were deposited in my ck acct, , I would not get any funds released to me, even if I showed up at the bank and tried to take my deposited funds out in person, not by debit card, unless I first called and paid my 2 months behind **** deficit first. The agent told me that Wings could freeze all $1,980 dollars in funds in my account because I owed them $240. I told the gal that this will not happen again. I can never again have a bank freeze more assets than they are due at the due time. I get it, disagreements occur. Wings made it impossible for me to buy gasoline, or stop at a pharmacy and buy insulin (I was in the 400s and 500s glucose range). It was more important to get my attention.about my delinquency than it was for them for me to get healthcare aand live.I have been with Wings szince ****. Hope no one else thinks the institution is looking ouy for its members.

      On July 1, 2023. The company put my card on hold due to booking a room. I called and verified everything and they lady wouldnt unlock my card & told me to wait till Monday to speak to someone. I went the weekend without a dollar to my name or food in my place. I called today which is Monday, ******* explained the card shouldve been unlocked since i verified everything. He said he will file a ************** card was ready for use. I tried to order something to check and my account is still locked. This is unacceptable and embarrassing. I have money in my account and my money is being held hostage. I AM HUNGRY!

      In September of 2022, I had fraud on my card. One amount for $198.90 & another for $249.00.I filed a dispute with **** and they sent me a new credit card.I never received a refund or a new card.In October, November and December, I made the same request and finally I received my refund and a new card.By February 2023, I started receiving collection calls saying that I havent been paying my credit card off for months. So instead of refunding me, they took money for my original card as well as the card they sent that I never received.Ive been calling them every week since February 2023 and each time they say we will escalate this to management, itll take **** business days. When I ask if theres anyway to expedite this they respond by saying we can only contact them through email, so we will get back to you when we can.Its been 5 months and my credit score has dropped 200 points since I still have these unpaid credit cards on my account. My bank ****************** has said they apologize but cant help in anyway and continued to close my access to my debit card and my active credit card due to these late payments.

      I have reason to believe by business practice that the bank has found fond of my dormant in use account, with minimum requirements in, to be used as the main accounting for the bank, otherwise, not enough information was given to my personal ability to continue use, with written statement that they are the same bank as the prior they were, complete with the same online banking system, thus does have said account as carried over all customers, but never showed up in my history where as I have verified closed accounts so, par their statement as to what happened to the account. I may had been longest standing customer with the extra 5$ investment to initial opening verses the normal 10$, during they moved locations after aquiring the bank my account was with. The interest would suffer and make my account attractive to their business at .15% but not customer satisfaction as removed me in the bank change over with out notice. Whilenthe prior bank, I optioned to go paperless for the environment and now I have nothing to go on ither then my member number didn't change as that is the login to the systems they also didn't change, in name too. Yet, mysteriously with required minimum in, and don't for around ********************************************** interest at the least, were it not a savings allowed to save, has vanished with only threats of restraining order from not a judge, but their lawyer, while my language did not contain a threat in what was only emails. It also does not show up closed on my credit report, while two I opened to verify if closed and another opened, will and does show the history a closed account, do show up on my credit report.. Where is three accounts said closed, only two show up.

      On January 3, 2023, my account was erroneously debited for two loan payments (a car loan and a personal loan). I received a cancer diagnosis in December of 2021 and continued to pay my loan until my short term disability ended in May of 2022. I then applied for disability protection as I have been unable to work due to my illness. CUNA disability protection retroactively credited my account beginning January 2022 and has continued to make monthly payments which are sometimes delayed due to receipts of updates from the doctor's ******* which WINGS is aware. My account was debited and is creating a hardship because I have to pay high rent and had spoken with my property owner to advise that the rent could be paid today. ****, in the loan department stated he could not reverse. I asked for a supervisor and was told I can be transferred to voicemail and she (********) would call me back when she was ready. Totally unacceptable and needless to say, I am considering moving to a other financial institution because in my condition, this erroneous situation and the failure of Wings to correct it, is the last thing I need. Very disappointed.
