      Long comment.. hopefully it helps someone else in my positionIm definitely frustrated with the lack of customer from **********************. Ive have my debit card compromised over 8 times without any resolution from Wings Financial which indicates cashapp transactions on my bank statement (even though I do not have a cashapp account). *** asked for an update each time the issue has been solved.. unfortunately that didnt happen. On approximately, the 6th time my debit card was accessed (unauthorized), I was advised that Wings Financial would send me alerts each time a transaction happens only to find out that the alerts were inoperable. On to debit card #7, low and behold my account was accessed without my permission once again with cashapp information. Wings Financial advised me that all cashapp transactions would be blocked. I was fine with this action as I dont have a cashapp account AND I was advised that they would not send me another debit card after the replacement was issued. No problem I thought as the cashapp issue was resolved. A FALSE SENSE OF SECURITY!!He we are today I received a call for suspected activity on my account. I call Wings Financial (while holding.. I check my account and there are over 6 cashapp transactions in the last 24 hours) to discuss the phone call. How could this be? I was told that cashapp transactions would be blocked! To make matters even worse..the party even made deposits into my account (which I could not dispute).Wings Financial indicated that they would not issue me another debit card only an ATM card although they have/had not done any research to determine the extent of the fraud. Needless to say.. I will be closing my accounts and moving to a different financial institution that values their members.Wings Financual Credit Union needs to do better!!

      When Wings receives complaints, such as the one made by *********************, Wings researches the matter and attempts to work with the individual to come to a resolution that is mutually acceptable. Unfortunately, a mutually acceptable resolution is not always possible, and while Wings always works to do what is fair for individual members, it must balance that effort with doing what is right for the broader membership of the organization.

      The Credit ********** Services at Wings Finical Credit Union are incompetent, predatory and manipulative. I disputed a charge in April of 2022 in the amount of $120.15, where the purchased item was never received. I was not contacted about said dispute until June of 2022 and was just told that because of cardholder services not receiving some kind snail mail correspondence that they have reversed the charge in favor of the thieving vendor who never delivered the product. (Reference #*********) Their process of incompetence is seemingly used to infuriate its customers. They victim blame and behave as though they are the vendors credit card, no the customers.

      I broke my leg and ordered something through doordash that was linked to my paypal account which was unknowingly linked to my wings account. It made my bank account negative and I recieved what thought was an overdraft fee, several of them because paypal continually tried to charge my account. The employees were very rude and short with me and did not help me realize that it was a reoccuring ach payment from paypal and would continue. Even though I tried to resolve it, these financial professionals did not show me the courtesy or the patience to help me figure out what was really happening to my bank account. After trying to resolve it the same 15 dollar sandwich through paypal continued to incur overdraft fees which they would not reverse and I was required to pay. Had the employees shown me enough patience and courtesy as a customer I could have figured out my problem and stopped myself from paying $176 dollars more for a $15 sandwich. You shouldn't be in the financial business if your not willing to help people with their financial questions. I would like my $176 dollars returned to me.
