    Been with LePage & Sons since 2018 and couldn't be happier! Drivers are so nice and the ladies in the office are always willing to help! ***** runs a great business and we are happy to be apart of the LePage & Sons Family!

    We have had LePage and Sons for years. They offered a cheaper alternative to our current 'big, multi-state corporation' service provider. Since then, they have always exceeded our expectations. They pick up our cans where they sit in a convenient location for us, they pick up extra bags for a reasonable price, and I have never had a bad experience when I call them.

    Terrible customer service experience with office staff. Canceled service to go to a competitor due to numerous price increases over the years. Called last Thursday (10/29) to verify the cancellation and when trash cans would be picked up. Nicely told that cans would be picked up on Tuesday (11/1). It is now Wednesday (11/2) and the cans are still sitting on our curb. Called the office to find out when they would be picked up. Now being told that we didn't give enough notice and that they wouldn't pick up until the 15th. Person on the end of the phone was extremely rude and un-professional. You're family until you want to leave. Will be contacting ** State Attorney General's office.Update 12 8 2022 Just received another "bill" even though we no longer use their service. Even has a "late" fee tacked on. Will be contacting the ** State *************************** again.
