    I'll be brief. I contracted with this accounting firm for the tax years of '23 and '24 - to complete all accounting needs for small business (S-Corps, one owner/employee) plus taxes for the company and personal (filed jointly w/ spouse). I encountered late notices on payments due to IRS / MN DOR, not allowing enough time to arrange finances, erratic billing (no charge for some calls / inquiries, $75/hr charge for others - with no noticeable pattern.)This started after the first year of service - I hadn't been billed for brief phone calls in the first year, but then started receiving bills with no notice of policy change.The real kicker was receiving a notice from MN DOR that I had not paid any personal income tax for '24. I didn't have this problem in '23 when they did my accounting and filed my taxes. Nothing changed in the contract or expectations. I was just suddenly billed several thousand dollars by the government for taxes that were supposed to have been paid as part of their service. 0/10 would not recommend doing business here.
