      Just had another bad experience with ******** Mechanical - I should have learned from the first experience. They are rude (owner and his wife yelling at me on speaker phone together) and inexperienced in diagnosing and resolving gas fireplace issues. This time, after paying them $700 for a new ignition, the fireplace did not work after they left the house and they claim I must have done something to it because it worked when they were there, but they can fix it for another $400. What a rip-off!! The owner and his wife yelled at me together on speaker phone for 15 minutes to the point where I had to hang up because they would not let me explain my concern. They called my stupid and ignorant and told me I was rude. Many of their negative comments on Yelp reference their scream and name calling at clients. It seems to also be a common excuse in their responses to review that it worked when they were there.They should be shut down as scam artists and for treating customers the way they do.
